The atmosphere was fun and the service was good, but the food was a real disappointment. My husband’s first bite of his she-crab soup had a piece of shell in it, which set the tone for the meal. The house and Caesar salads were adequate, nothing special. I ordered the trio of shrimp, scallops, and lump crab meat. The shrimp and crab were nicely cooked, but the scallops were almost raw. Apparently, that’s just how they serve them, because my husband’s fried scallops and clams were also barely cooked, with a slimy texture.
Portions are huge, which would normally be OK, but when you’re traveling, you can’t really take leftovers with you, and it’s a shame to waste that much food. Overall, we wouldn’t eat here again. There are plenty of better choices in the area for a similar price.

We were seated right away. Our waiter was amazing, funny and very knowledgeable! Price was a little steep, but it’s seafood, so that was expected. The food was good and my mixed drink was amazing . The cup it comes in, is in the picture I posted. If you like fruity, sweet, and strong, you will love it! I can’t remember the exact name, but it’s Drirty Dick’s something… The name is in red on the menu. They also have a nice gift shop. Overall I had a nice experience there.

My husband and I were truly impressed with our dining experience here! Our server was fantastic; extremely polite and attentive, and the steamed seafood platter we enjoyed was super fresh and cooked perfectly. To our surprise, the Caesar and Sangria were some of the most well-prepared cocktails we’ve had as well. The only thing we were upset by is that we couldn’t bring our leftovers (and there were lots!) as we were traveling. This place really lived up to the hype, and is definitely not just a novelty restaurant, as we initially thought it might be.

Always amazing! We visited Dirty Dicks in Panama City recently as well. This place is always amazing, but somehow the food here was even better! I got the shrimp and grits and it was incredible!
Great service! The chef (Katie) came by to check and make sure that everything was good. I asked for her name because she did such an amazing job. We’ve come here several times and this visit they outside themselves! Our server (Sheri) made sure our visit was enjoyable.
We came by a second time before we left and got the buffalo shrimp. OMG! These were really great as well. I’m sure this is going to be an amazing season for y’all because you’re on fire!

I really enjoyed this place! I have been wanting to come here for years and finally got the chance. It didn’t disappoint. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding. I only have positive things to say. I will definitely return!

No wait to be seated and the staff was super friendly and quick. Food was good and the hush puppies were super savory (especially with the butter). Price wise for what they had to offer was a bit over my budget for lunch, but they had lots of options seafood wise. I’d love for some local caught seafood, but what we ate, didn’t feel freshly caught nor local. Would we come back? I can say, Yes! Our server was super friendly and helped my kids decide what they wanted to eat.

Room for improvement:
I had the pound of fried fish and it was mushy with no texture. It seemed as though it might have been frozen fish.
Another in my party had the soup (not sure which soup) in a bread bowl and it was below average. The soup tasted like bread, as though it had been in the bread bowl for quite some time prior to serving. That may seem to be nitpicky, but the bread taste overwhelmed any other flavors that might have been in the soup.

This was my first time dining here, and it definitely won’t be the last ! Kristi was our server and she truly made the experience exceptional. She checked in regularly without being overbearing and kept the whole section in great spirits with her positive attitude and attentiveness.
Our food arrived quickly, exactly as we ordered it, and everything tasted amazing. Kristi’s fast and accurate service made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it really made a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and hoping Kristi is our server again!
