Yesterday, my daughter and I visited The Cheesecake Factory for the first time, and the hostess was absolutely right—we weren’t going to regret it! The entire experience was amazing.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We enjoyed the warm bread with butter, which was a perfect start. We then shared some delicious cheeseburger rolls, a BBQ chicken ranch salad, and a low-calorie strawberry cheesecake for dessert.
Every dish was outstanding and left us both speechless! Hands down, it was a fantastic dining experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

For a family dinner the food was so good we got egg avocado roll and chili ️ crispy shrimp
(For appetizer) and santa fe salad , salmon and pasta every thing was very fresh and delicious

Great appetizers, selection is very big, something for everyone. Went for dinner on a cold night during the week and with a reservation so there was just about a 5 min wait. Overall the food was great. Service was okay, server seemed a bit distracted and not so aware of his guests.

We went to Cheese cake factory at tucson mall, 2 incident happened, first the spoons seems not washed properly 2 spoons, which i let it pass, we ordered appetizer with my pregnant wife, guest what she found 2 inch minimum plastic with AP writing. We just walked away and paid what we aet and declined the gift card. I was checking the reviews it seems the norm for this branch
And more thing they took the food, i told them if i can keep it on my table, they told us they need to take it to the manager, but return the food on my table after so i can take more photo of the plastic and food.. the manager went back and food in question didnt showed up.
I’ve been to few cheesecake factory unfortunately this one needs inprovement. Its a safety issue

Great meal. Great food. Great service and excellent company. We came for my wife’s birthday and we had a great time together. The environment was perfect for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our time together!

Food was amazing! It was my daughter’s birthday. They delivered the cake for us. Lite the candles. Came back plenty of times to make sure everything was good amd provided our refills.

Just went for the cheesecake. My kiddos got a slice of classic and one white chocolate raspberry truffle. The “Low-licious”(lowcarb) slice was pretty dang close to the real deal. Highly recommend ordering a side of fresh strawberries to cut the “sweetness”.

The new menu is wonderful! Full of small plates, i.e. smaller portions of their menu, perfect for light eaters! I used to be overwhelmed by the size of the portions, these small plates are perfect! I had the the warm crab and artichoke dip with toasted crostini! So delicious, and even that I could not finish. I highly recommend this restaurant to all persons who prefer a smaller dish than a full sized entree. Check it out! You will be delighted!!
