It was a Friday night, waited over an hour from being seated to get our food. Very garlicky and over whelming. I really liked the sweet potato fries. For the amount we spent it just wasn’t worth it. The cheesecake for 4 slices was 51$ alone.

Decided to try the Cheesecake factory in Boise. Didn’t make dinner reservations so the wait was about an hour, no big deal just walked around the mall..once able to get our table we were greeted by our waiter Charles. Charles was amazing, the menu is large and he was very knowledgeable about the menu items we asked about. he was very attentive and a pleasure to talk to.. now the food. We ordered spinach dip that was ok.. Spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken enchiladas. The food was hot and very tasty and amazing. And of course can’t leave without Cheesecake. Our experience here was great and will definitely come back.. just be aware the place it very loud..

It’s more of an experience to come to a cheesecake factory than because the food is spectacular. It is very good food tho and the menu(s) go on and on. Of course you have to get some actual cheesecake to complete the experience. Be prepared for your check.

Had a good time at the Factory. Food was really good and yes, the selection is never ending… American food, Asian food, Mexican and so on.
It was a busy Saturday night so the wait was almost an hour… standard I guess for most restaurants. Prices are a bit on the high side so don’t be surprised. The amount of cheesecake options are overwhelming. It’s a huge piece but it better be at $12 a slice. Good food and good service overall!

Four of us went for a late birthday lunch. Our server was attentive but the food service was noticeably slow. The food was good, but not exceptional. It tasted good but the portions weren’t commensurate with the prices. We ended up getting cheesecake to go because we were there for so long. I’d go back, just to try other menu items, but only for lunch specials or special occasions.

The best part of The Cheesecake Factory, aside from the obvious which is cheesecake, is the portions. Every meal was very generous. Food was solid even if it wasn’t spectacular. I’d come here again although the lighting isn’t great – super dark once the sun goes down.

Quite possible the best meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The hostess was a sweetheart, I sadly not get her name. Bella S, my server was also amazing and a sweetheart as well. The steak was perfect, mashed potatoes were amazing and exactly how I make them almost, and the fresh green beans were a perfect combo of soft and crunchy. The cheesecake was absolutely amazing as well. The cook truly did a bang up job on the meal, I’ll personally make a drive down 6 hours to experience this restaurant and team again! Whatever you do don’t lose that team you have they are phenomenal and worth every penny and then some you pay them if not more. The GM has put together an amazing team both front of the house and back of the house. Recommend dining here anytime you can if you’re in Boise.

I was visiting from out of town and was very tired and very hungry. I just wanted to get some food and go to my hotel. I placed an order to go. The staff was extremely upbeat and friendly. My order was ready to go FAST and they thought of everything. Every condiment, utensils, and that awesome bread they serve for the appetizer. And of course you can never go wrong with that cheesecake! Fantastic experience!

This place is amazing for being a chain. And a great spot for a birthday. You get a free slice of cheesecake. Our server had a strong cigarette smell, but our sensory adaptation kicked in and we were all good, but THE GREAT SERVICE OVERSHADOWED THAT. The bread and butter combo is awesome, always warm bread. AND if you haveca a little one, they have cut up naners and bread for them GREAT TOUCH and i don’t know of a restaurant that does that!!!
I got the chicken Madeira: a very heartvand filling dish for my guys with big appetites, the ladles would easily get 2 meals outta this one, maybe more.
Shrimp tacos: pretty good, comes with three hefty tacos with a nice veggie sala, yum!!
Some other pasta I forgot name, it was ok.
Raspberry cheesecake: good and light, gave me wedding cake vibes.
Forgot ours: nothing too crazy, don’t worry bout it
