I went in placed an order, waiting for 7 minutes. People who came in after me ordered and left. I said something to the two people making the drinks they didn’t even care had nothing really to say went back to the register asked for my money back. She had nothing to say did not care. Gave me my money back and I left.
The service there is horrible. That is not the first time me or my daughters. I’ve had bad experiences there. But was just convenient. I happen to be right next-door. I will not be going there anymore to place any orders.

Don’t hire people that don’t want to be there, maybe double check on the service consistency.

Generally they’re fine and friendly but there was one girl this morning (12/7) making it clear she didn’t care about anyone. Her grumpy attitude kind of has a reverse effect of a coffee pick me up. She didn’t even put on the lid tightly and it spilled when I lifted from carrier. They need to reward those that actually smile and respond to customers and filter out those/the one that don’t.

I will order up to fifteen minutes.In advance and my order still won’t be ready and it will be sitting right in front of me, while the baristas will be making other drinks that came in ten minutes after mine. ordering at this location has repeatedly made me late.And I am very good with time management. not to mention that I have seen the baristas make my drink incorrectly after reading the label itself on it.
I think I will dedicate more time for going to the Starbucks near the Broadway mall because it seems that you guys over here don’t know how to manage your own time.

Today I ordered on my app. I showed up 5mn later. Some people came after and got their drinks. After 10mn someone ask for my name and what drink I ordered. Then one girl said that she was on it. 5mn later still nothing. I asked again for my drink and this girl spilled half of it and give my half drink with an attitude. I’ve been order there almost everyday. No more.

One star is too generous for this place. I mobile ordered a coffee and still had to wait 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES! I could’ve flown to Seattle, picked my own beans, roasted them, and brewed the coffee myself in that time. The staff just moseyed around like they had all the time in the world. And after making me wait for what felt like an eternity, the barista had the audacity to smile at me. As if my wasted time was a joke to them. The coffee better have been made with gold-filtered water for that kind of service. It wasn’t. Save your time and your sanity and go somewhere else.

This experience was really amazing. And the employees were really high energy early in the morning. I even heard one of the workers from this starbucks say out loud, “you guys are doing really amazing, don’t stop” I was so moved by her zeal to give great customer service. The business done here was very pleasant, definitely will be coming back here

I came yesterday and ordered a venti coffee, and someone gave me some nasty drink. I came back today cause I don’t live around here. On my way home I stopped by and was informed that the policy changed and was asked if called, now it has to be within 24 hours to make some type of claim. That’s very convenient to switch policies when is convenient for them

The worst Starbucks I have ever set foot in. They charged us for a venti ice tea, which they did not have. They were out of quite a lot actually. The two drinks they did have from our 3 drink order were made incorrectly. We gave up on getting a refund on the one they charged us for and didn’t have because no one behind the counter could figure out how to do a refund. Whoever trained these people should be ashamed of themselves.

During morning rush, order 30min ahead. That’s how long it took for a regular coffee all 3 times. Customers that paid on the register got their orders much quicker. Coffee always tastes great so I only come here during off peak hours or if not in a rush.
