It was my first time in along time. The food was good. I had Thai chili wraps and they were very well made and good. The stuffed mushrooms were the best thing I have had there. The waitress Tiffany was very respectful and came to help us often. We had crab cheese wontons and they were heavy on the crab but the waitress checked and came back and said it was made wrong and took it off the bill. The manager was Rachael . She was so respectful and attentive. We were not complaining but just wanted to order another appetizer and they were on top of it. The cheesecake was delicious as always.

I’m not a fan of restaurant chains, but I have to give it up to Cheesecake Factory. Over the years and despite a menu that reads like an Encyclopedia Brittanica (a 22 volume set of books that held all of the knowledge in the world for us Boomers), they have been nothing if not consistently good. Yes, cannot argue that they make some.of the best cheesecakes ever, but the food holds its own. I had my favorite chicken piccata and my wife the chicken Madeira. Both dishes were so good! So if you too are not a fan of corporate owned chain restaurants, you might make an exception for this one.

Went twice in the same day. Stopped in to eat before going to see a late afternoon movie and stopped in for cheesecake and cappuccino for after the movies. Both times with 2 different servers , the experience was excellent. The servers were very friendly, considerate , and quick to check on us and to bring what we ordered. The venue is always beautiful. I think all of the Cheesecake Factory restaurants are. I’ve never seen one that wasn’t clean either. They have nice bathrooms too. This location is pretty consistent with what I expect. The food is good. The cheesecakes are exceptionally beautiful and delicious. There is so much to choose from. Don’t worry you’ll see them displayed too. I ordered the Thai lettuce wraps. I don’t have any complaints about the food in flavor and presentation but I think they need to make sure there’s enough slices of chicken to match each leaf of lettuce. I’m still giving them 5 stars for food even with my suggestion. This location has plenty of seating in both booths and tables . You can choose to also sit by or at the bar. There is an outdoor area to dine at too. I’ve never had to wait a while. It’s usually quick to be seated by the host.. There are different menus. The menus are organized and easy to read. They serve complimentary bread and water while you decide what you want to order. The restaurant is located at the mall facing Cross Road. There is plenty of free parking. You’ll see their restaurant sign and their doors from the parking lot.

Stopped by for lunch and had way to much fun thanks to our wonderful server Tiffany. Enjoyed the parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli, stuffed mushrooms and crab dip. The Mrs got Thai lettuce wraps. All of the food was good and the manager Rachel took really good care of us too. Got a Oreo, cinnamon, and banana cream cheesecake to go and a time was had. We left smiling and full for sure. Stop by and tell them I sent you (positive they won’t remember me ) enjoy the vibes and good food.

Unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing. We came as a family to celebrate, since tomorrow is my birthday, and we were really hoping to have a nice time. Sadly, the service was very poor from the beginning, and the food was also disappointing — it took a long time, arrived in bad condition, and did not taste good.
I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but I feel it’s important to share what happened so others don’t go through the same unpleasant experience we had on such a special occasion.
I hope the restaurant improves both its service and food quality, because the place has potential.

We had dinner there last night, the atmosphere was really nice and our waitress was super nice, it was a bit pricey for the quality of food, and it could have been just what I ordered. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with green chili. It was horrible, it was sweet and the chicken was chewy not like Mexican restaurant chicken enchiladas at all! It came with black beans and white rice. I paid $87.00 for two meals plus a good tip. I just heated it now and found a hard piece of black could be a broken utensil or something inside one of the enchiladas, it’s a good thing I chew slow, because it’s very sharp and pointy on all three sides if I would have swallowed it I’m sure it would have done damage. So I just tore the enchiladas apart to make sure there was no more hard plastic in it! Then just decided to throw them away! what a waste of money! If it wasn’t for the Sharp plastic I found in the food, I would have returned to try something different on the menu but I don’t want to worry about biting down on something that don’t belong in the food that’s dangerous!

However, what truly made our visit memorable was our server, Amol.He went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. He was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in on us and making sure our drinks were filled and our needs were met.

This was our first time ever coming to a cheesecake factory and all i can say is AMAZZZING! We came here to celebrate my birthday and we live two hours away from here and it was very much worth the time and money. They weren’t busy at all and the vibe here was great! They were playing some jazz music and the lighting is very dim so feels like a date place but still welcoming for the whole family. I got the steak Diane plate (best food ever) the flavors are out of this world. My husband got the Mac and cheese burger which they put a ball of fried Mac and cheese on it (so bomb). The white bread that was served to us was really tough pretty much not edible but the brown bread was soft and warm. I decided to get a bunch of cheesecake slices to share with my family for my birthday which is why you see so many and they were all amazing but i highly recommend the banana cream cheesecake, celebration cheesecake, and vanilla bean cheesecake. Best birthday dinner I’ve had by far! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

We visited here last Wednesday, I’m a bit late posting my review. I haven’t been to this location even though I’ve lived in the area for some time. Oh well, better late than never!
We got sat right away, so no wait when we arrived, which was nice. The atmosphere was very inviting, not too busy at all. Our server, Chris, was amazing from start to finish! Based on their prices per glass of wine, we decided to just get a bottle instead, which I would recommend if more than one person is drinking wine. I forgot how extensive their food menu was, so if you’re in the mood to try something different or go outside of your box, this is definitely the place! We were very happy with the TexMex Egg Rolls for an appetizer! Not too much or too heavy, it was just right! I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo and, he ordered the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka pasta dish.
I highly recommend the gumbo! You can get it with white or brown rice, I ordered it with the white rice. Let me say, the rice was perfectly cooked for the dish! Everything was delicious! The only gripes I have about it were the plate presentation, and it needed more andouille sausage. Everything else was spot on, including the flavors! He said his pasta dish was also very good and cooked nicely. The flavors were great, too! For dessert, obviously, I ordered the cheesecake , and I highly recommend the Salted Caramel Cheesecake, it was fabulously delicious! So good, I only had a few bites so I could savor the rest later at home!
Overall, this was a great visit! Like I said, Chris took very good care of us, and we appreciated it very much! I will recommend coming here, and we will definitely be back!
