We’ve come a few times & it’s always great. It’s typically very busy and sometimes the food can take long but today, the service was great & we got our food pretty fast. Most of the items we have ordered have been great, no disappointments & I love the bread. It’s convenient, clean & good. I am sad that they discontinued their macadamia cheesecake

Had a great experience with clients at The Cheesecake Factory today. We had a large party and were accommodated quickly. Waiter was kind and got our food out fast. Only issue we had was the orange chicken was over cooked and 3 of the folks at my table had ordered it. Very hard to chew. Cheesecake was great!! Yummo!

The location is perfect to finding somewhere to eat when traveling way out this way to Katy. We were seated very quickly and our table was area was clean. The issue was the server for our table never showed up, so I had to ask another waiter to assist us. He went to locate the assigned waiter for our table, but then another staff member was around and I did ask for assistance to help that waiter to locate our server in which he stated he knew who it was but took our order for us. He gave very good recommendations for what I was wanting to eat that day. That’s why I gave 4 stars since they did help us even with the missing person who never came to the table. The bread had to be requested but came extra hard and only 1 bowl of butter for 3 ppl which we just made it work. My husband’s food was the chicken tender meal with potatoes and corn. The corn was cold, hard and no taste. Seem like a can of corn dumped on the plate. The potatoes were hard, so of course he only ate his chicken tenders. Our other food was good and cooked perfectly, so I gave 3 stars for the food. I ordered a cheesecake to go but it came to me not even in a bag for me to carry out. The price for meals are effect with the food, its was just not a awesome experience being this was my 1st time ever coming to Katy mills mall and choosing this place to eat.

We had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory. Our server was very kind and friendly. We started with the appetizer Fried Mac and Cheese Balls (delicious) and for lunch I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo & my husband ordered the Thai Chili Shrimp. For dessert we ended with the Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake.

The Cheesecake Factory is a really great spot. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, and our server Jesus was super friendly and attentive. I had the Thai Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp and it was so good! Fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. The drinks were great and reasonably priced. Overall, such a great restaurant, definitely recommend!

One of the best things on Cheesecake Factory’s menu is the Beet and Avocado salad. Check the small plates and snacks page on the menu. The honey yogurt sauce brings it all together. It’s a healthy dish that doesn’t taste healthy if you know what I mean.
I tried a new dish, the Teriyaki Salmon bowl. It was tasty and filling. Could have used some more sauce but other than that it’s a dish that I would try again.
I ordered take out. The service was helpful and came out much faster than expected. Their curbside pickup parking isn’t very clear so make sure to call them and let them know you’re there.

After a long day of shopping at Katy Mills, The Cheesecake Factory is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. The ambiance is modern and welcoming, with comfortable booth seating and a beautiful outdoor patio that’s perfect for evenings. The bar has an impressive selection of drinks, and although the place was fully packed on a Saturday, we only waited about 20 minutes to be seated well worth it!
The service was professional and efficient. We tried the Thai Chili Shrimp, Fresh Grilled Salmon, and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich all flavorful and cooked to perfection. And of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert the Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake was rich, indulgent, and absolutely delicious!
They’re best known for their wide variety of cheesecakes, so it’s definitely worth the visit. Great food, great service, and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back soon!

First time eating here and I was not disappointed. Vere good service and very good food. The smoothies were great. I really liked the Peach smoothie. The pasta was great as well.
