American chain restaurant offering sizable portions from a vast menu including signature cheesecake

The menu is overwhelming. It is a book literally.
We decided on several appetizers to share, which included fried mac n cheese balls, eggroll sampler, & crab dip. We also had a little with us who had the chicken tenders. All the dishes were decent. The portions were large. The tenders & fries were actually pretty good, and it would easily feed an adult. My favorite was the balls.
The server was the star of this show. Stephanie was attentive, speedy, and accommodating.
The mojito was another highlight of the experience.
Verdict: I’d go back if someone else desired to go, but it’s not in my personal rotation.

I came to celebrate my birthday with Stephanie to serve my girlfriend and I this afternoon. She was nothing short of amazing!!! Amazing attitude and customer service. To top everything off, someone paid for our food! I am unbelievably grateful and had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much ❤️

I greatly enjoyed this location, actually one of the best Cheesecake Factory locations I’ve dined at. The meal was outstanding, I was not pleased with the portion size of spinach I received, although it was also outstanding. Our service was excellent, I don’t remember her name but she was young, light skinned, with long hair with a little raspy voice. We would definitely return when back in town and would highly recommend.

My friends and I had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory! Plus it was our first time ever going to any location. The restaurant was huge and beautiful and dim lighting which we appreciated! Very peaceful. Our serve Yolani was very attentive and got what we needed promptly and kindly. We were all very happy with our meals! We had carne asada, steak Dianne and the Jamaican shrimp. Highly recommend it’s not too spicy either. And the cheesecake was of course 10/10! Would love to stop in again! thanks yall!

The Cheesecake Factory is a classic American casual dining chain known for its massive menu and generous portions, making it a go-to spot if you want lots of variety and comfort food all in one place. The menu spans everything from burgers and pasta to seafood, steaks, salads, and more — basically whatever you’re craving, you’ll probably find it here.
Walking in, you’ll notice a lively, bustling vibe — it feels like a place meant for big meals, casual dates, family dinners, or celebrations. Portions are hearty (sometimes comically so), which is part of the experience if you’re planning to take half home after your plate. Some dishes shine more than others, but overall the food hits that satisfying, familiar comfort-food mark many people love.
And of course — don’t skip dessert. The cheesecake selection is legendary with many flavors to choose from, even if it’s not always the most decadent compared to specialty dessert shops.
For me personally, it’s a reliably fun choice when you want a huge menu, friendly service, and a sweet finish — not fine dining, but casual, comforting, and crowd-pleasing.

We have been here on several occasions and have enjoyed it every time. This last time it happened to be my birthday and I have to say, the waitress actually made me feel special. It’s hard when you hit some of those milestone birthdays, especially with a birthday in the middle of holiday season, and it was fantastic to have a waitress talk you up and make you feel special! unfortunately, I had a couple of glasses of wine and completely forgot her name, or I would say it here because she deserves special recognition, but the wine got me!

Mia is the best waitress my family has ever had! My daughter B was turning 13 and she chose the Metairie location to celebrate. Mia was attentive but not overbearing, drinks full within seconds, honest about which dish would be best for the kids. When there was a tiny mix up in the kitchen she showed grace and integrity and even had the manager come over to apologize.
We had 9 people and she was engaging and kind, professional and friendly to everyone in our party. 5 star experiences all around.
Oh yeah the food was great, too!

Started off nice but as the time went on it got slower and slower. The price on the food is too high for the quantity you got. The rice was very hard, the chicken parm was very dry w/ no taste to it. The burgers were $22 and it was the size of a Wendy burger loaded with a lot of pepper on the burger. As you can tell the orange chicken was not great and the parm chicken was dry. The server seemed overwhelmed like she couldn’t handle the tables she had. We couldn’t get refills. I don’t complained often but this was not a friendly place. I would not recommend this place and Gordon Ramsey wouldn’t accept this menu either. I think they need to focus on certain dishes that they know how to cook. Sorry for this type of review but I don’t want someone else to waste there money on frozen food.

Came here for New Year’s Eve, while staying at the Marriott (2 nights)near the causeway after spending the day in the French quarter in NOLA. We only had a 20 minute wait. Ordered the lettuce wraps and the Louisiana chicken pasta, with cheesecake for dessert (on course!). We chose here, as no reservation was needed, unlike most of our other favorites in or around the quarter. Moving to the Hilton riverside for the next two nights for the Sugar Bowl. Hotty toddy!

Upon entering the hostesses were very kind and led us to our table. When we sat down we instantly discussed how it smelled very bad like boiled eggs or sulfur. Also noticed our silverware had food on them. Took the server 7 minutes to get to our table which we immediately said the area smelled bad and she said “it’s smelled like this here all day”. We immediately asked for a new table, but what we should have done was walked out. The hostesses kindly took us to a new table right next to the bathroom which somehow smelled better than our previous table. Took our new server 10 minutes to greet us at our new table. We ordered a beer and soda, asked for bread and ordered our appetizer. First appetizer we ordered was out so we asked for a different one. 15 minutes later we finally receive our soda and beer, and we place our entree order at this time, specifically saying we don’t want it to come at the same time as the bread or appetizer we still haven’t received. 5 minutes later the entree comes out. This means we are 30 minutes into our meal, just got our drinks and entree, still no bread or appetizer. After we FINISH our entree the waitress tells us the bread guy was on break the whole time and it would be another 10 minutes. We say at this point we’ve finished our meal, have never received a refill, cancel the appetizer and bread. We just want a slice of cheesecake. The cheesecake is premade and sliced so should only take a minute to serve. At the 50 minute mark it finally comes. Tasted great but definitely should since one slice is almost 1800 calories. No apologies the entire time for the issues and service. Sat there for 65 minutes and the only thing we received was one drink and our entree. Didn’t receive three different items we orders and never got refills. Our waitress was so nice but unfortunately not great at her job. We were hoping to give her the benefit of doubt and hope they’re just understaffed.
