Such a vast menu. The waiter we had today was the friendliest young man who was very attentive to our needs. I ordered an Arnold Palmer with unsweetened tea, and he called it an angry Arnold Palmer, which was a lot of fun. We were seated immediately, and our food arrived within 10 min. We needed to split our check for my husband’s business expense, and it was done quickly and checked with us for accuracy. All-in-all, great experience.

The food and drinks were really good, except for the chicken and waffle. My girlfriend said there was no flavor and it was chicken strips instead of bone in chicken you get everywhere else. The Mac & Cheese balls were so very good, as well as the Buffalo Chicken Blasts. My daughter had the Chicken Masarla, she said the pasta needed cooked a little longer, but overall very good! Our drinks were very tasty as well, but super expensive!!

My dish flavor was good.. this is Jamaican black pepper shrimp n chicken. The shrimp was cooked long than I like and the chicken was too. But it was good. The original cheese cake has sour cream on top which is also weird but the cake itself is delicious.

This was my first experience at the Cheesecake Factory and I was very disappointed. We had reservations and were seated early with no problems by the hostess. Our service was bad, almost nonexistent, and they seemed very rushed. I ordered a calamari appetizer and the four cheese pasta with chicken added. The calamari was not cooked properly and was extremely tough. When I got my pasta there were only one or two pieces of meat in the entire bowl, while I had paid almost $7 extra just to have meat added to my meal. The pasta was very mediocre. My family ordered teas to go along with their meal and there were tea leaves filling the bottom of both of their glasses. We spoke to a manager and he told us “I wish you would’ve told me earlier. Happy Easter” and walked away without even offering them another tea. Overall terrible experience for my first time, I was very excited to visit but will not be coming back.

Of course if I could give more stars this time I actually would!! Yyyyyyummy!!! My goodness this food was just absolutely delicious! I had cheese mozzarella bites and I didn’t get the picture although next time I promise I will but they were just as good as the desserts you will see pictured here! They are obviously mozzarella cheese then deep fried in some type of crispy greatness! Number one they came out so perfectly super hot but not burnt and the way the cheese is a perfect I mean 110% perfect from the way it just goozes into ur mouth after you take ur bite into a perfect crunch so these cheese bites were absolute perfect from the way they looked all the way to the tastiness to the texture! By farrr my favorite deep fried cheese it’s definitely a five star mozzarella stick if you ask me. Then my goodness I preserved the 35th anniversary chocolate charidelli cheesecake from cheesecake cake factory’s 35th anniversary. I also ordered two huge scoops of vanilla bean ice cream with a side of hot fudge sauce lol as I’m sitting here writing this review my mouth watering reliving this experience! But anyhow one of my favorite places by far. Oh yes there staff was also on point we walked right in without waiting in the busiest time and I believe this was on a Friday evening and food I thought took a minute but it actually didn’t I just couldn’t make up my mind lol please if you haven’t go head out to New Orleans Cheesecake Factory and ITS A MUST THAT YOU TRY THESE MOZZEBITES AND WHATEVER CHEESECAKE THAT YOU ORDER IM SURE YOU CANT GO WRONG BUT THE MOZZARELLA BUTES IS A MUST LOL ENJOY!!
