If you’re reading this. Just know….you will NOT regret coming here for dinner. We got the dumplings for appetizers could have ate 10 more plates of that. I ordered a burger with a macaroni & cheese patty. Omggggg so so so good. Husband got the shepherds pie. The flavors were out of this world. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. Our server was good at her job, very attentive. Got cheesecake for the ride home, and oh man that cheesecake was just the BEST.

We got on the list for a patio seat outdoors on a beautiful evening. After waiting for longer-than-expected the hostess seated us inside even though there were empty/clean tables available on the patio. We didn’t want that but weren’t given the opportunity to decline.
Food was good until I hit a small bone in my (deboned) Korean chicken. That was unpleasant but catching a two-inch bone in the next piece was much more disapponting; either the prep cooks weren’t paying attention or they just didn’t give a damn.
Our server was nice but she wasn’t around much. None of our dishes got cleared at any point; when we finished our appetizers, entrees, and desserts even our bread dishes were still sitting on the table (see photos). [Note: the dollar bill in the photos was the payment balance after a gift card; as a restaurant server myself, I would never be cruel about tipping.]
The recipes here are . Love all the options on the menu and, aside from the bones in my chicken, food has been prepared well on each of our visits.
Soft drinks are outrageously expensive – even more than fine dining restaurants charge for them! I wanted a Coke or an Arnold Palmer after my beer, but not for those prices.

My first time visiting the GRR branch, and I loved it! The ambiance was so warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. As always, the food was delicious — but honestly, nothing beats their cheesecake. It’s truly the best! We ordered the Dulce de Leche and it was heavenly. Can’t wait to come back! ✨

Every single time that I have eaten here, it has been extremely busy. The food tastes good. A keto diet (medically necessary one of the times I was here) did not have many options that were not fish related (seafood and fish allergy), so there weren’t many options for me to eat. After I could eat more carbs, my husband and I went here the Thursday before Valentine’s Day. We made reservations online for 6:00pm, but we weren’t seated until 6:34pm There were people without reservations that came in right after us, and were seated immediately after us. Their reservations system works or they weren’t following it that night. Our waitress and hostess were kind. We didn’t wait long to order the Buffalo Blasts (Fried Buffalo Chicken dippers, but they weren’t too greasy) and we ordered the Bacon Bacon Burger (good but too big). My husband and I were able to sit and talk comfortably without too much noise from other tables. Once we ordered, we received our food fairly quickly.

Great place for a family get-together. Food is awesome. Cheesecake is of course the best. Surprisingly not super busy on a Saturday afternoon, even for a bigger party of 9.

Our waiter Marr was very polite and full of smiles this evening. The sangria is amazing definitely recommended. The main entrees were wonderful. Appetizers were great. The Cheesecake Factory is definitely 10/10 recommended.

We love the Cheesecake Factory. We had an amazing meal, our server was fantastic. I even got to have 2 margaritas (wasn’t driving). The appetizers and meal were amazing. Our favorite was truffle fries. And the choice to pick a cheesecake was difficult, there were so many to choose from.

I came for a birthday lunch on a Friday and it was already pretty populated. I think the lunch prices are very reasonable! My mom used to bring me Butterfinger cheesecake from this place when I was a kid, but they don’t sell it anymore! Instead, I tried the smores and it was great, but I’ll probably keep trying other flavors until I find a worthy successor of the Butterfinger.
