Worst employee ever. Stood in self checkout behind 30 people. Finally checked out. Walked to customer service. BLAIR was working. Im standing there she throws up the were closer sign. Looks my way, so i assumed shes looking at me, and proceeds to say you need to go through the line. I said i already waited through 30 people at self checkout. I hold up my bags. She proceeds to say something so fast i cant hear or understand her. So i exclaimed so i have to wait again after already waiting. Then i hear her say i was talking to someone behind you. Mind you i didnt see anyone at that time. I said ok whatever. She proceeds to keep running her mouth saying something i couldnt hear. Probably best i didn’t. I said whatever you are saying i do not need anymore explanation. She then proceeds with her authoritarian attitude sir im not serving you. She is the last customer. So she can be rude to a customer and when dismissed by that customer she can refuse service? Wrong. She needs fired in my opinion. She has poor communication skills. And even worse customer service skills. I gave a 1 for her. Because zero stars do not exist. I work in customer service. Antagonizing a customer then punishing them for their reaction is ignorant. Yes i said it. When i said i would take a pic for the review. She smiled and acted proud of how she dealt with me. Even posing for the pic. She was so proud of being the boss.

I ordered 1/2 sheet cake with yellow cake and white icing; and 12 chocolate cupcake. The cake was beautiful but no one knew what happened to the cupcakes. This was part of my gift to the birthday girl. The lady in the bakery was very apologetic and gave me some assorted cupcakes at 1/2 price. The Blue Ash Kroger offers great customer service.
