Our experience tonight was amazing! We had a very short wait (host said 15, was closer to 5), and were quickly seated. Our server, Alpha, was very polite and greeted us shortly after we sat. Drinks came out very quick and were excellent. The Old Fashioned is amazing! Alpha did a great job throughout on checking how our food was, updating us on what was going on with the food while it was cooking, and very on top of refills.
Our appetizer was the Baked Brie with Truffle Honey, and they tasted great! The sweetness of the honey goes great with the creamy Brie and garlic on top. A great bite and won’t spoil your appetite.
Our entrees were made exceptionally well! I got the Pasta Carbonara with Chicken and my husband got the Truffle Honey Chicken. The sauce is great, chicken and bacon were both very flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. My husband loved the Truffle Honey Chicken, and from the bite I took, it’s very easy to see why.
Overall, amazing experience and Alpha was an awesome server during our dinner. If you don’t have room for cheesecake after, you NEED to get it to go. 10/10.

Me and my boyfriend ordered cheesecake to go tonight. He got a salted caramel cheesecake slice and I got the red velvet cheesecake slice. His cheesecake was totally fine and looked good but tell me way my cheesecake was moldy???? I took a bite and immediately noticed the cheesecake part was kinda yellow and gooey, I didn’t think much of it and just assumed it was just made weird. Then I took a bite out the cake part and it was stale and tasted awful. That’s when I noticed black specks on the cake and knew immediately it was bad. My boyfriend took it and smelled it and you could tell it had a very strong spoiled dairy smell to it. I love Cheesecake Factory and I always get the red velvet cheesecake as it’s a personal favorite. I’m so disappointed and disgusted as this was not expected from this place. It cost us almost $12 per slice only for it to be moldy. This can truly make someone sick and to think I took a bite out of it makes me so nauseous. I really hope to see them do better as there’s no way they did not know it wasn’t bad. It kinda felt intentional or out of pure laziness from the worker who packaged it. I’m not mad just disgusted. Honestly I’m a little naive for looking at it and thinking it looked okay when truthfully as you can see you can tell very clearly it’s bad.

Omg the food was amazing I had the Korean Fried chicken and fries and I LOVED IT!! My mother got the Thai lettuce wraps, she said she loved it Also the waiter was a Gentleman, he was very polite, then for dessert me and my mom had the Oreo cheesecake, DEFINITELY GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

As a customer who ordered online and picked up my own order, there was no one available to help at all (a nice customer had to help me find where to pick up). What made things worse was that one female staff member was very rude to me. When I was standing there with no one assisting me and trying to pick up my own order, I was treated very rudely by this staff member. She accused me of not reading the instructions, which were placed low on a shelf where no one could easily notice them. Meanwhile, there were no clear pickup instructions posted in an “obvious” place.
I used to enjoy getting food from Cheesecake Factory, but this staff member made me feel very insulted as a customer.

Our server was practically running every time she came by and seemed really too rushed to tend to our table. She also reeked heavily of cigarettes.
Food was great though! Lots of flavor. Unique menu options. Decadent desserts for everyone.
