The food is pretty good and the cheesecake is great. Unfortunately everything is VERY high calorie. They do offer healthier options but the serving sizes are smaller. The lite cheesecake is great though. The food is pretty expensive but it doesn’t really come off as an actual fancy restaurant, so it doesn’t quite feel like it’s worth it. This location is very crowded and always busy. The tables are too small and too close together. It’s hard to have conversations because of this, and I kept bumping my elbows on the booth because of it’s small size. The service was great and our waiter went above and beyond. Drink refills were attentive and quick and little to no mistakes were made. You could go to a lot of nicer restaurants for the same price. Overall very mixed experience and lots of room for improvement.

The cheesecake factory was very good with good service, atmosphere, and food. The service was well, a bit slow but not too bad. The atmosphere was very fancy and clean including the bathrooms. The food was outstanding. Packed with flavor and texture, especially the pasta. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. 8/10

Food was pretty good, no complaints there. Cheesecake is obviously always good. The table for our party of 7 (5 adults, 1 child, 1 infant) was REALLY tight and uncomfortable. Service was ok but not great. We never received any bread (after the waitress asked if we wanted some and we said yes). We kept having to ask for drinks to be refilled and plates to be removed from the table so we had enough space. Had a reservation and still had to wait.

We came as a large party of 12. After my mom forgot to book reservations and refused to change location. She sat at the restaurant for two hours to ensure that we would be able to have our family member’s birthday dinner here. The cheesecake factory staff was extremely accommodating and was able to work a 12 person party in. We are very grateful that we were able to have this experience. I do wish our table was a smidge larger. We had to people who were elderly that had walkers that were in the aisle, which made it very uncomfortable until we were able to figure out how to get people settled in and not take up the entire hallway. Our waitress was amazing and she was able to keep our drinks filled and communicate effectively with this large party. Everyone raved about the food that we ate, and the cheesecake was delicious. I am particularly did not like my food. The salmon was very dry.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one hurt — emotionally and spiritually.
After a very strict multi-week diet and an incredibly stressful lead-up to my daughter’s wedding, I finally decided to treat myself. I chose what should have been a safe, joyful splurge: a slice of peach raspberry cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.
Two bites in — TWO — I discovered what appeared to be a black hair. And not a short one. This was a full-length, 12–18 inch situation. I even took a video pulling it out because my brain refused to believe what my eyes were seeing.
Any joy I had was immediately replaced with absolute disgust. The cheesecake went straight into the trash (along with my dreams of a well-earned dessert). These slices are not cheap, and after weeks of restraint, this was incredibly disappointing.
I expect better quality control from a restaurant of this caliber. A treat should be comforting — not traumatizing.
Sadly, this experience turned what was supposed to be a small moment of celebration into a big letdown.

The atmosphere and service were great, but food was a bit of a miss with me. I got a baked white fish, but it tasted ‘gamey’ or fishy. The mashed potatoes were very good, but the broccoli was hard and didn’t even tasted cooked. My husband’s meal was good. He really enjoyed it. I will be more careful when ordering something I have never had before. The waitress Stephanie was great. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the experience better. However I will say, the lemon meringue cheesecake was just like the pie. Delicious to the last bite. Overall not bad.

We were brought moldy bread that I didn’t notice until a piece had already been eaten. We canceled our food order and promptly left. We didn’t come across a manager after we let our waitress know, we just left quickly.

We stopped in for Happy Hour on a Monday and had a nice experience! The food was good, it took a little longer than usual to come out but it was dinner time so that’s expected. We sat in the bar are at the high tops and service was a little slow, but the waitress was very nice! The bread was a little cold and the draft beer was super flat, but all our other food was delicious! The happy hour prices are the best bang for your buck. Crispy calamari is a must order. Not pictured is the tiramisu cheesecake which was amazing! The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. We will be back for another happy hour
