William was an absolute joy! His humor and cheerful personality had us laughing the entire time and truly made our visit memorable. Amazing service—thank you, William!
Food was on point. Bacon Bacon cheeseburger was dee-lish; ditto Oreo dream cheesecake. Server was friendly and attentive. Only MILD COMPLAINT – As a rewards member, what’s the point in booking advance if they make you wait and you’re treated the same as walk-ins. Pointless. Management need to look at Front-of-house reservation processes. To be fair, this is not the only Cheesecake Factory this has happened.
I didn’t have to wait for a table, after that our waiter was very friendly and professional, our food arrived quickly.
But I ordered the same burger & avocado roll, the burger was the same taste, the avocado roll look like someone returned was cold and some of them was bitten.
Fabio our waiter and the front desk lady great job.
Our appetizers were: avocado egg rolls (my personal fave), fried macaroni cheese and housemade meatballs (very delicious).
I ordered a Chinese chicken salad (1600 calories) bit was disappointed because the mandarin oranges were omitted. The others had shrimp with angel hair pasta, fried shrimp platter (shrimp had heavy breading) and margarita pizza (my daughters fave). We even splurged and ordered two slices of cheesecake – Oreo Explosion and Strawberry (original). The Oreo cheesecake was delicious. Overall great dining experience and I commend our waiter – Kevin who was very personable
Let’s talk about the food, which is definitely the highlight of the visit. For appetizers, we tried the “Korean Cauliflower,” and it was absolutely FLAVOURFUL!!! The blend of spices and the crispy texture made it a delightful start to the meal. But the true star of the show was the “Street Corn” Sauce. It was like a taste of heaven in my mouth, bursting with rich, creamy, and slightly spicy goodness that left me craving more.
For the main dish, we opted for the “Avocado Egg Rolls.” While the concept sounded intriguing, the execution fell a bit short. They were overly fried and oily, which overshadowed the otherwise fresh and tasty avocado filling. A lighter touch in the frying process would have made these rolls perfect.
Overall, The Cheesecake Factory is a mainstream restaurant that has put significant thought into creating a pleasant and memorable dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with an inviting atmosphere that helps you relax and enjoy your meal. While there were some hits and misses with the food, the overall experience was enjoyable.
The friendly staff and the well-designed space make it a great spot for a casual meal or a special occasion. Whether you’re there for the appetizers, the main course, or just to indulge in their famous cheesecakes, The Cheesecake Factory provides a dining experience that’s hard to beat.
