I’d love to give it more stars for the quality of the food, but the service was horrible, and that seems to be a common theme on any review that is rated low. We watched two servers walk by our table several times before we were even acknowledged/asked for our drink orders. Because of how long we waited, we ordered our appetizer and pizzas when she did finally get our drink order, to hopefully prevent more delays. She didn’t give us straws until the end, she walked by empty glasses several times, she only brought one to go box even though we asked for two (and I’m GF and need the food separated – had ordered GF pizza), and just overall inattentive. I’d like to think maybe it was just an off day for her, but based on may reviews, it’s common for long delays and poor service.

As for the food, the GF crust was some of the best I’ve had, and the street corn pizza was really good. The wings as an app were okay; good flavor, but maybe on the grill a bit too long – slightly burnt. He really enjoyed his 1/2 grape, 1/2 pine pizza, and a tap beer.

Overall, I’d probably order this to-go, but wouldn’t dine in again, which is a shame since that’s what it’s geared towards.

The aesthetic was cute and we enjoyed that. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was quick with our drink orders. However, she took almost 10 minutes before she came back so we could ask for straws. Our appetizer took awhile to come out and our pizzas came out pretty quick after. Overall, everything was pretty decent in terms of quality. Service could’ve been a bit better but I know there were rather busy. Would definitely return.

Our waitress, Olivia, was great! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and she made sure that everything I was getting was safe for me to eat. Pictured is the small pie with gluten free crust, vegan cheese, basil, minced garlic, banana peppers, and marinated chicken. Our food was delicious! 10/10 will be back.

Sweet place tucked away behind Cheesecake Factory at Liberty Way. We had lunch and ordered the garlic bread with cheese and both ordered their small pizza. One with pepperoni and basil, the other with extra cheese and basil. The pizza was great! Nice thin crust, perfectly cooked. Definitely recommend if you have a hunger for a good pie just remember you have to park in the lots surrounding the area.

UPDATE: After visiting Pies & Pints, review below, we took ho.e some of our pizza, and heated it next day. At the restaurant, I had a textural problem I couldn’t name. I felt whenever taking a bite, there was something that felt like a string I had to bite through. I overlooked it at the time because the pizza tasted good. Upon reheating the pizza at home, I investigated further and discovered the pepperoni slices had a rind or casing or skin of some sort left on. It was really quite unpalatable. I had to peel it off each piece on the slice, as it was hard to bite through. Kind of ruined the experience. Because of that, I have docked 1 more star off the food.

First-timer at Pies & Pints, so was looking forward to it. Right off, I loved the industrial/rustic decor. One of my favorite styles. However, the hard-pounding music was extremely loud. Was very stressful and I could hardly think, let alone converse with those at our table, let alone order. I did ask for the volume to be lowered and our waitress accommodated. Still, I like an atmosphere that is comfortable and only in the background. A different genre, perhaps, might be more conducive to an enjoyable atmosphere.

The pizza was as advertised. We ordered a supreme and the toppings were delicious. Large hunks of tasty sausage. We ordered double cheese and were charged for it; however, I was hard-pressed to see the cheese at all. It was much less than a regular cheese order at any other restaurant. Also, the sauce was tasty, but was very minimal. For my tastes, a little more would have been a good thing and made it perfect. Mushrooms were almost non-existent. That said, the pizza was very tasty, the crust light and chewy and very delicious. I could have eaten it by itself.

I felt we were in a hurry-up-and-wait situation regarding the service. I feel the waitress could have been more attentive and focused, given that it was not extremely busy..

Minor personal “dings” notwithstanding, I liked the ambiance in general, and the pizza was good, with quality ingredients. It was worth the stop.

My husband and I come here all the time. The Greek and spinach salad are both delicious. The wings are the best wings we have had anywhere. Our fav pizzas are the Cuban and the classic. Food always comes out in a timely manner and service is great and friendly. Our server tonight was, Olivia. Thanks Olivia for your friendly service and hospitality. Just what we needed after a long day at work.

Our party of 4 did not have a great experience. We were seated immediately, but it took a while for someone to take our drink and app orders. The drinks and apps came out pretty fast, but we were there over and hour before we got our pizza, which we placed the order for pretty quickly. The chairs at our table were hard and small, very uncomfortable. When the pizza came out, it was good, but nothing special.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pies & Pints! The food was delicious! Every bite was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. But what really made our visit stand out was the service. Olivia and Brandon were amazing! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Ask to be seated in Olivia’s section – she is an absolute delight and makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. I’m a big fan of the Margherita Caprese with a glass of white but you really cannot go wrong here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to eat at the Liberty Center.

This was our first visit to Pies & Pints and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Pork and Pepper Nachos and a small Steak and Mushroom pizza. Both came out hot, quick, and delicious the only wish we had would have been more pork on the nacho and more sauce on the pizza. Our waitress was great and even came back to double-check the order so she could make sure it was accurate because they were so busy. Even though it was a Friday night and they were busy we only waited for 15 minutes without a reservation so really impressed with their speed. I definitely recommend Pies & Pints at Liberty Center!
