Long wait for dinner. Thai chicken salad watered down lack of flavor. Meh. Steak had so many fries like wow. Pretty salty. Pasta was good. Pickle fries were awesome!! We did get a free piece of cheesecake for extra long wait for food. That was nice but it was an excessive wait time after 8pm! We got there at 6 waited about 40 min. Then very long waits for order to be taken and very long food wait times.

Enjoyed my meal and waitress. My issue is with the female manager,(wearing glasses) who decided to sit a large party around myself and my companion. She did it with the intention of trying to rush us so they could have the table we were at. Considering how large their party was they shouldn’t have been seated in the bar area, nor around our table because there was a break in seating. Don’t send the waitress to bring us to go boxes when we were not done dining. Everything was going great until that tackiness occurred.
My meal was surprisingly really tasty. I tried the cheeseburger spring rolls for the first time. My companion had the Jamaican jerk shrimp with plantains, black beans and white rice.
We shared a white chocolate raspberrycheese cake with an addition of strawberries on the side.
Shared appetizer consisted of fried calamari with the sauce of cocktail. Yummy
Manager needs training on guest relations….re-training.

I ordered for my main plate the carne asada, worst decision I made. It was mostly white rice and corn. The veggies covered the lack of meat. I counted 5 small cubed pieces of meat. I was super disappointed and I haven’t even left the building. It was 26 dollars for carbs and veggies. I do recommend the tex Mex egg rolls, they had actual chicken in them. My White Russian lacked alcohol, tasted like milk and i don’t drink often. As for my waiter, TJ, he was fantastic and had great customer service. Update: I did tell TJ before I left how it went and he apologized. I just told him to let management know, because I wasn’t trying to get anything free. Also, I added the hot fudge sundae and that was enormous.

Our server Ami was absolutely amazing. My daughter had her 21st birthday last week, and got a drink. After dinner our server brought out a birthday dessert for her without even asking, which was really thoughtful. The food was amazing and had awesome flavor.

I visited this place with my family. We really had a great time. As we had a pregnant lady among us. The staff had taken extra care and got seated right away. As soon as we got seated we had bread at our table and we devoured them not looking any side. We lovedddd like lovedd the cajun shrimp but the quantity wasnt enough. I also did order pot stickers and parmesan truffle fries. I ordered pineapple cocktail and it was good but my sister ordered peach cocktail which was the best. The thai stir fried noodles were not up to the mark. We ended the night with dessert. Had lot of fun. Some dishes were tooo good and some were okayy. All matters is memories we make.

Phenomenal dining experience at Cheesecake Factory. Their food is amazing and there are so may options to pick from. Their service is always top notch. Our servers name was Morgan and she was very patient, kind and attentive.

Went last night. Ordered the buffalo wings to start. They came out warm, not hot. I asked for well done but they weren’t. Wings were also very small. I ordered the Jamaican black pepper shrimp, and the plantains were left out from my dish somehow. My server took it upon himself to not ask me, but instead, give me the larger size wine. My husband ordered the French dip burger and the dip was so salty that he couldn’t even try it for a second time. The fries were the end of the basket…small bits and pieces and my goodness-SO SALTY! My daughter ordered a kids portion of the Alfredo fettuccine, but received bow tie pasta in a pool of milk-she took a bite and left the entire dish that had no taste at all. The only thing that was decent was the chicken potstickers, which could’ve been a bit crispier, and of course, the cheesecake which was the dulce de leche with a side of vanilla ice cream. We would’ve loved to say that part saved the night, but our waiter gave us 3 spoons to share, when there was clearly 4 of us.
We didn’t want to complain bc the table behind us didn’t even get their food order so the manager had to come out and apologize…so I didn’t want to give our server having another dissatisfied customer.
We will never return to this place. Not even for the cheesecake. Horrible dinner for $170

Good atmosphere. Always crowded, busy and the in demand place. Only place we make reservations.. Maybe it’s their unique menu!
Try same item twice, good chance it won’t taste the same. Coconut limeade was good first time, second visit in two months changed impression 🙂 But better than custom mojito with jalapenos. Coconut limeade appears to be the only good option in non alcoholic drinks.
Same with Avocado egg rolls but appears the best bet for vegetarian(plus eggs) besides Zuchini fried appetizers.
Not much to choose from main course. Couldn’t get Alfredo pasta as we were told there will be chicken broth in Alfredo sauce. Thanks to the server we had during our first visit! Server during second visit wasn’t that good!

I used to think and go to the Cheesecake Factory just because I have a sweet tooth especially for Linda’s Fudge Cake with extra whipped cream and hot fudge sauce but since 2025 I have gone about five times so far and I have loved every experience as I explore their menu. For appetizers, everyone recommends and I agree that their Fried Macaroni and Cheese balls are the best. My second best are their Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes because I love the sweets and corn. I have also had their Tex Mex Eggrolls and liked them but I prefer a crispier and flakier egg roll. We took half home and will reheat them and crisp them up more in our air frier. I plan to try their Avocado Eggrolls next.
For main meals we have had and loved their Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. You can order extra marinara sauce or a dressing like blue cheese to dip it in too. The garden salad is not much so go for the sweet potato fries or plain fries and take any left overs home. For a healthier favorite try Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta. It is good and tasty. However, at least once in your life you must try and indulge yourself in their rich, creamy and decadent Chicken Alfredo. It was amazing. I enjoyed it so much that I even finished an entire dinner sized portion. I also highly recommend you go to their brunch before 2 PM on the weekends and try their Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. It is a flavor and texture sensation with their rich and fluffy buttermilk pancakes with crispy edges due to the caramelized cinnamon sugar along with the sweetness from the frosting. They are great plain or with their buttery syrup. We have not had a meal we did not like and they have also been delivered hot and cooked perfectly. I label them all in my pictures. Keep in mind that we always go early and make reservations so we avoid the crowds and get the best tables.
For dessert, we love chocolate and peanut butter and by far the best example of both is their Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake. Both my husband and I love it so much we ordered the whole cake and it was worth it. We got it frozen with 12 slices of which I measured two. One weighed 12.25 ounces and the the other 13.05 ounces. We kept the 12 precut slices frozen and take each out as needed and cut it in two when partially thawed. When we just want chocolate then both of us love their Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake with extra whipped cream. However, my personal favorite will always be Linda’s Fudge cake with extra whipped cream and extra hot fudge sauce. They also have great drinks and milkshakes. We loved their Oreo Milkshake.
Lastly, don’t forget their bread and may I suggest you ask for or in my case bring my own own Peanut Butter to top it off with. My biggest wish is for the Cheesecake Factory to add more dippings or spreads like peanut butter, fruit spread and mustard.
I went to the CKF on my birthday and had my first poorly made entree. I did not change the star rating since everything else was great. The four cheese pasta luncheon size was served tepid warm and the sauce had tightened up and did not have enough red sauce (liquid) in it. I asked for them to warm it up. It came back to me stirred up but not warmer and no better. They should have offered to remake it but they did not and I did not thing to ask. I will not get it again. The crispy crab bites were very good and I will be getting them again. I appreciate the birthday wishes and my Linda’s fudge Cake with extra hot fudge. Till my next visit in April.
