Make sure they give you the right thing and don’t accept anything until they do. Guy admitted he gave the wrong ice cream, threw it in the garbage, remade and then the manager was making these people pay again. Then the manger ‘was being nice’ by charging a ‘discounted’ price for the correct ice cream. These people got 1 and only one ice cream but the manager charged them for 2!!

I wish I had one of these near me so bad. If you have the app you can get coupons pretty frequently, and get points for your purchases. The person working there was nice and had top notch recommendations and made our milkshakes perfectly. Would go again.

Bad experience with customer service last night. I ordered my usual, but the woman worked there kept saying they do not provide the smoothie I ordered until I insisted that I ordered this smoothie every time I was here. She rolled her eyes and made it unwillingly. During the checked out, she could not scan the code on my phone, and she yelled at me saying tuned the brightness up. I had no clue why she could not scan it since I never had an issue before. A guy worked there came to her and showed her how to scan the code. Turned out it was her who did not know how to scan the code. I would give a one star based on her service. But I gave another star because the guy working there was very helpful.

The Vanilla Milk Shake was watery and tasted like milk with a little bit of vanilla in it. And the sugar cone we bought had one scoop of ice cream that was the smallest amount of ice cream I have ever seen on a cone! I think the owners of that Kiosk think they are making money by cutting back on quantity and quality.

Watched the ice cream server scoop something up off the ground and then complete my boyfriend’s ice cream sandwich with the same glove. Please teach your staff proper food handling techniques, I don’t want to eat the bottom of your workers shoe. [Extra star because the ice cram was still bomb and he ate it anyway]
