my boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday around 9:30 PM. We were seated with in five minutes of walking in which we were surprised thinking it was going to be a long wait. Our waiter took our order and our food came out very quick. I got the four cheese pasta which I definitely recommend. It’s a 10 out of 10 my boyfriend got the spicy vodka pasta. Both dishes were really good! our overall experience was very excellent. Our waiter was attentive and kind!

Came all the way from Columbia, SC just to eat here. To start, we were told to seat ourselves at the bar or high tops. During the first 15 minutes, multiple staff members walked b, no one offered us service, no menus, didn’t even clean a table off for us. Finally flagged a server down and asked us if she could get someone to service us, when she got a server and asked her to take the table, the server FAITH, then looked at us and obviously did not want to service us. Not sure if it was stereotyping or if she just didn’t want another table, but either way, we did not feel welcomed. We asked for straws for our drinks and had to get them ourselves from the bar. Multiple small parties arrived after us and were greeted by the same server in less than 3 minutes. When our food finally arrived, all 3 of our plates were dry, missing ingredients, and poorly seasoned. We are regular customers of The Cheesecake Factory in Atlanta, as well as service industry workers and well aware of what the dishes taste like and how service should be conducted. The manager didn’t even console us or care to rectify the problem or compensate in any way. Just took our plates without apology or anything. We walked right over to Maggiano’s and received 10/10 service 🙂

Took 1hr and 30 minutes to get me and my family (3 people) sat on a Wednesday. Hostesses were overwhelmed and need help with their job. Every time I’d go check in with them, they would lie and say that they would seat as soon as possible. Server was nice but honestly by the time we got sat, and was time to order our meal, I did not even feel like ordering anything. The appetizer I did order, southwest egg rolls, came burnt. Would not look forward to visiting this cheesecake location again. Greenville, SC Cheesecake had a better system in place.

I walked in and immediately saw the 95.5 sanitary rating and was discouraged but after service and food. Place appeared to be clean. I am a satisfied customer. Food was delicious, our waitress was very nice.

I visited cheesecake factories at lunchtime, and it wasn’t crowded. I like that you can choose where to sit inside or outside. Inside of the building is a really interesting decoration. Sometimes you think it’s too much and looks pompously.

Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp has been my favorite dish for decades. The sauce is a delightfully unique flavor. My young son had Pasta Carbonara which he described as “really good”. Although I know cheesecakes are their specialty, my boy wanted the chocolate fudge cake. The cake was delicious and huge — big enough for 4 adults.

Positive: the basque cheesecake was awesome! Negative: Ordered the fried chicken & waffles Benedict off the brunch menu. Waffle was good, but soggy, Chicken was pretty good. The egg was over poached and hollandaise sauce not quite right. Also, the powdered sugar really threw off the entire dish. After roughly 40 minutes, the waiter said our food would be out in 4 minutes, as they were waiting on the waffle for my dish (of 4 dishes). 10 minutes later, everyone’s dishes came out except mine. Everyone else’s food was pretty good though.
