This Taco Bell is amazing. This probably has to be one of the cleanest. Most efficient and properly made food from a Taco Bell location I have ever had since I was a child. I would like to give a shout out to Aden, Isaiah, Jonny and the manager Kelsey and Katie (whom I believe is either the other manager or the assistant manager) for doing an amazing job! If the team ever sees this, Great Job!!!!

I’ve been here 5 times in the past 2 months for food and I’ve had a terrible experience each time. How hard is it to make what the customer wants? I have ordered soft tacos every time and each time I’m given crunchy tacos. I have to call each time to get it fixed. I’ve had terrible issues out of 2 managers over it and I’m tired of it. I’m never ordering from here again. Every time they make my lux boxes they always put it all in one stupid bag and mix them up. They never mark anything. Come on now do your jobs right. I do give props to 2 workers for treating me right. I’ve literally came in here before and saw workers just standing around with a “I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing” aura around them. I’d rather go to the one on Laporte road then this place.

Hate stupid order machines and staff wont offer to help or even ring you up. Barley are putting on toppings anymore for what you have to pay. And hard shells always come soaked of grease amd broken . And god forbid they give you sour cream you can even see or taste.

Ive been standing here for over 10 mins nobody has greeted me when I came in the door or say it might be a small wait if that being the case literally said nothing just let me stand there & just kept looking. I had to speak up & ask about the order . this is definitely NOT good customer service . People making food no hair nets or changing gloves . Very unprofessional & unsanitary!

I was picking up a DoorDash and ask one of the employees if I may have a cup of ice when it was super hot outside. They kindly obliged. Im impressed with this team compared to other teams across Iowa. Will be back again for my own order soon! Thanks guys!

Late night on Halloween they were swamped with drivethrough and Door Dash orders. So not employees fault they were working hard and fast, but it took an hour+ to get my order. Cedar Falls needs more late night options. This problem was a crowd of popularity.

Taco Bell, DO BETTER! You charge me $1.07 for a 2 oz cup of nacho cheese sauce and I get this shit? This isn’t even a “pump.”
AND the last time I went, I asked for my 2oz cup be filled all the way instead of half way and I’m told they’re not allowed to do more than 2 pumps? What is this shit? A DOLLAR for a HALF a cup.
And this time I get a cup of cheese and opened it and it doesn’t even look like a “pump” of cheese was put in the cup.
This is just ridiculous and honestly highway robbery. A DOLLAR! ONE. DOLLAR. for what? A teaspoon of cheese sauce?
Taco John’s is about to get my business over you at this point.

The amount of time that I’ve had to wait for a simple box combo and burrito is insane. Having to wait in a line for about an hour is stupidly long and not needed for any service. This was insane and outright just wrong.
