Made a same-day reservation online on the website and once we arrived we were seated within 10 minutes. The location has free parking and this Cheesecake Factory is very spacious! I’m writing this review to give kudos to Valerie S who served us. She was exceptional. Valerie S was kind and very attentive of all our needs. I asked her if we can have more white bread because we didn’t like the brown loaves and she brought us 3 white bread loaves! In the years I’ve gone to Cheesecake Factory, I hadn’t experienced that before! She was so thoughtful! Ordered a Thai Lettuce Wraps with Chicken which is soo good (there’s different options, I got the bigger plate for like $20 and it was my entree for the night)! My husband ordered his new favorite Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. To go we ordered, a pasta carbonara with chicken and a new try that was surprising flavorful Bang Bag Chicken & Shrimp. We were able to a free slice of our favorite Cheesecake – Oreo Dream Extreme since we have a member account!

We came here recently while we were at Fair Oaks, and overall it was a good experience. The place is pretty much what you expect from Cheesecake Factory — big menu, big portions, and a busy but comfortable vibe.
We were seated fairly quickly, though the tables do feel a little close to each other, especially when the restaurant fills up. It’s not the quietest place, but the atmosphere is lively and the décor is nice.
Food-wise, everything we ordered came out tasty and well-prepared. The portions were definitely generous, so if you’re not super hungry, sharing is a good idea. The cheesecake selection is obviously great, but it’s almost too easy to convince yourself to get dessert, even when you’re already full.
Service was friendly, but I’ll be honest — it wasn’t the fastest. Nothing frustrating, just a slightly slower pace, especially as the place got busier. Still, our server was polite and checked in on us.
Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re already at the mall or want a reliable meal with lots of choices. Not a place for a quiet dinner, but good for groups, families, or when you want something familiar and satisfying.
Would come back. Just maybe not during peak rush.

We brought our family out to eat here for an early dinner and it was not the best experience. The server was nice when we first arrived, but quickly changed her attitude when our food came out incorrectly a few times.
The entrees were okay, but the salmon bowl was definitely a waste of money. The mixture of flavors in the dish were not meshing well together and my son only ate a few bites— and he’s not a picky eater.
I ordered the orange chicken and my white rice came out so hard and crunchy. I asked for different rice because it was so hard and dried out like it had been sitting out for a while.
We ordered a cheesecake without whipped cream and it was sent to the table with the whipped cream. The server got it exchanged, and then made a snarky comment when we asked for a to-go box and said something about the “cooties” coming from someone else’s whipped cream and sharing a to-go box for our cheesecake leftovers. I really wanted to say something back but chose to not start an argument being that we were having a family dinner. She was apparently irritated that we had several issues with our food.
Our other dessert, the apple crisp came out cold and we asked for it to be heated up a little more. The server brought it back within 2 minutes and it was still cold. The server was irritated again that we had yet another issue with the order.
We paid almost $200 for our meal and it was EXTREMELY frustrating that the server could have cared less about everything. It was an unenjoyable experience and we will not be returning to this location. We’ve never had this bad of service at Cheesecake Factory before, but I won’t give this location another chance. It’s was a waste of money and unfortunate that our family dinner was not a great one.

My husband and I stopped here the day after Christmas. We didn’t have to wait for a table at lunch time which was nice. Our server was very friendly and gave excellent service. The taquitos were delicious as an appetizer. I enjoyed my lunch combo as well. Salad, half sandwich and substituted fries for the soup and was quite full! Thanks

Our server Melisa went out of her way to make our experience special. The host told us they didn’t have window seats available but there was one available next to where we were seated. When we asked Melisa, she was happy to let us take the window seat.
While we dined, she checked in often enough that we had everything we needed at all times during our dining experience. She was even kind enough to take some photos for us which was very nice and greatly appreciated. She was also just such a kind person and she made our visit special.

Great food, good vibes. I had club sandwiches and soda. Quite tasty but the bacon rather hard to bite. Service a little slow but not too inconvenient. That was not an issue for me as I was not in a rush at all, actually worked out pretty well.

Had steak Diane, menu described steak medallions with asparagus, red tomatoes, mushrooms and mashed potatoes. My steak was overcooked, I sent back and was fixed. The asparagus was not full stalks but the butts of the stalk as a garnish, no tops. The mashed potatoes were about a spoonful smeared on the plate. Very disappointing. I feel like the menu didn’t describe the dish sides well enough. I’ve had steak Diane in other restaurants and the potatoes and vegetables that accompany the medallions are a normal portion, not a ‘fancy’ garnish. This was my first time but there was nothing I’d go back for. And please don’t bother reaching out with your insincere, very general auto response. I just read about 30 review responses. All basically the same. Not helpful.

Everyone was super friendly. Our waitress was helpful and on point and the food runner was very helpful at letting us know our food was running a little late. (Well worth it, was still hot when it arrived)
Food was amazing! Started off with crab rice cake small plate. Wasn’t horrible but not super flavorful so probably wouldn’t get it again. Then we got the buffalo blast and they were to die for. My husband said the blue cheese was one of the best he’s ever had at a chain restaurant. For entrees I got the bang bang chicken and shrimp, although I wouldn’t describe it as bang bang because it just wasn’t that spicy it was very delicious. My husband got the chicken parm pizza style and loved it. We got the Oreo cheesecake to go and that was very good as well.

Love the Cheesecake Factory. Our food was delicious, our waiter was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is so beautifully decorated. Easy accessibility, clean restrooms. This restaurant is part of Fair Oaks Mall. They have a huge offerings of food that has something for everyone.

Been coming here for many years. Love the vegan salad! Of course the bread is great too, and the cucumber, strawberry, or peach lemonade are good (most) times I have went. Sometimes they have little flavor for such a big price. The Korean tempura cauliflower appetizer is so good too!
