I visited The Cheesecake Factory for happy hour at the bar on Friday, 2/20/26, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
I ordered a margarita, and it was the blandest margarita I’ve ever had. It tasted mostly sour and sweet, with barely any tequila flavor. I don’t like overly strong drinks, but this one had no balance at all. I politely asked the bartender, Karla, if she could adjust it slightly to improve the taste. She told me she couldn’t add anything unless she added another full shot and charged me extra.
I wasn’t asking for a stronger drink , just a properly balanced one. The lack of flexibility and customer care at the bar was disappointing. On top of that, when we left, the bartender didn’t even say “thank you,” which made the experience feel even less welcoming.
To be fair, the other staff members were nice and had a great service attitude. The food was okay, but compared to other Cheesecake Factory locations I’ve visited, this one was not as good.
Overall, I left very disappointed, especially with the bar service.

I placed a last-minute lunch order for a group of 15 the night before, including several modifications. I ordered over the phone, and the manager was incredibly helpful and communicative, explaining that the kitchen opens at 11:30 a.m. and that the food would be ready by noon. Everything went flawlessly from start to finish. The food was delicious and everyone in the group loved their meals. Not a simple complaint or moment. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or better take out experience, highly recommend.

The Cheesecake Factory offers a wide variety of dishes like Chicken Shawarma, Peruvian Chicken, Chicken Katsu, Avocado Eggrolls, and Flatbread Pizzas. However, most of the meals contain garlic, sweet peppers, or hot spices, which may not suit everyone—especially guests with sensitivities or allergies. It would be great if the chef or management could diversify the menu to include milder, allergy-friendly options.
That said, the service is excellent—staff are polite, professional, and very attentive, which makes the dining experience pleasant despite the limited variety for sensitive customers.

I went here on a Wednesday afternoon. The service was great and the food was exceptional. It was a bit of a wait for the food to come out but well worth it because it was great quality and fresh. Definitely compliments to the chef and the staff! The Georgia peach drink was great and refreshing. One thing to note, the complimentary bread was a bit stale but I didn’t mind it because I didn’t go there to eat bread. I was saving room for other delicious foods I ordered the white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake, it was so good I forgot to take a picture. Will definitely return back for more!
Side note, it’s easier to browse the huge menu selection on their website. They have actual pictures of the items which helps a lot in deciding what to order!

We came here for lunch on Sunday. The waitress was very friendly. The Factory Chopped Salad I ordered was very light and healthy, and all the food was cut very finely. My partner also ordered Jambalaya Hash & Eggs, which was very satisfying. The service and food here is better than other branches! Highly recommended.

On multiple occasions the hostess refused to seat us in more comfortable or spacious areas, claiming the restaurant was full even though it was mostly empty. It felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Once seated, we noticed the utensils were dirty, which really affected our impression of cleanliness and attention to detail. Overall, not the experience I expected from a place with such a strong reputation.

appetizers and cheesecake are always amazing but the rest of the menu is really not the best, if they focused on quality over quantity (having 3 different cultures’ cuisines is not necessary) they could perfect some of the main dishes

We went after dropping off our son at the airport. Started with the corn cakes they were light and fluffy sweet and delicious. He had the enchiladas and I had the Bambam chicken and shrimp over rice. Both dishes were amazing

Good food. The amount of variety in the menu still surprises me, there is always a dish for anyone. The service was slightly lacking, we were sat quickly, however our server took pretty long to greet us. Later on the drinks which weren’t alcoholic also took some time to arrive. Despite so the server’s attitude was slight optimist and got our orders right. The cheesecakes were the cherry on top for our meal, very delicious and filling.

I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation. On February 15, 2026, I visited this Cheesecake Factory. We had a reservation however the weather was bad and we were a little late. When we came in and went to check in I told the young lady that we had a reservation but I knew that we were late and it was okay if they didn’t honor it. Well they did honor the reservation and I was extremely grateful for that. She was very kind and happy that we did arrive. Also our waiter was very nice and efficient. The food was fantastic!!!! We will always visit this location above all the others. Thank you Cheesecake Factory and your entire staff!
