Nice clean restaurant and only couple minutes from home. Great customer service. No cross contamination. They will make it the way you like it. They have separate grills for chicken and seafood.

This was a quick stop for us but a pleasant surprise! We got cheese wontons, chicken and steak hibachi and it was delicious, one of the best takeout hibachi places in this area imo. I liked how the wonton stuffing had flavor too not just plain cream cheese. We don’t usually go this way but would definitely come back – quick, affordable and convenient.

I was very dissapointed in my last visit there on 9/2/25 I ordered to go. got home started eating and felt something in my mouth it was a clunk of hair disgusting took it back the cashier was very nice, she said let me get the manager he came out ask me you didnt like, I said know its hair in my food he said let me see!!

$8 for 7 small shrimp is absolutely ridiculous and their excuse is “inflation” I get more shrimp that are bigger from restaurants like asahi or kabuto. This is the worst excuse for an order of shrimp that I have ever seen. Over $1 per shrimp, I better get some big Jumbo shrimp, not these little things

I ordered the hibachi chicken with white sauce. I ordered this same thing from multiple places. Here the chicken is very very salty and the white sauce is not white and taste like thousand Island dressing and Mayo mixed. Very dis satisfied .

This was horrible! The food had no taste and was inedible!! I ordered chicken hibachi with spring rolls and teriyaki chicken wings. I wanted to try a little bit of everything since this was my first time here. Nevertheless, when I opened the tray, the rice was in the largest section and the chicken was in two smaller sections. There were strings on the chicken. I could not eat it. Why were there strings on the chicken almost like feathers ? I’m use to the rice, chicken and vegetables mixed together. This was not the case. The vegetables were even horrible. Not enough vegetables either. The wings were not seasoned. It just was tossed in the sauce. Salt people…hello! The spring rolls were ok. I will never eat here again! What a total waste of my money!!

Went to hibachi express to celebrate our anniversary late. First off the lady taking the order had a snotty attitude, fine whatever maybe she isn’t having a great day, I’ve been there. So I let that go. I ordered no onion in my plate, they wrote no onion on the box, so what do they do? Load it with onions. I call and make it known they messed up. Their response you ask? “What do you want me to do about it?” I spent decent money there and that’s how I’m treated? Cool cool, I won’t be back. ✌

Very unimpressed with this place. They put our two onion soups together along with our wings and one of our lids MELTED into the soup, causing the soup on the bottom and top soups to tip over and spill into the bag and into our wings. I called and told them we would be bringing them their broken bowl of soup with the lid and the receipt and that I’d like the food replaced. The woman working the front said she spoke to a manager and said it would be fine. However, whenever my boyfriend went in to get the food they hassled him and just tried to refund him for one soup. After they realized they were in the wrong, they bagged our new food separately (like they should have in the first place) and the us our food. Won’t be coming back.
