Me and my family have gone 3x now and it has since become our fav chain restaurant. This past week we went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it was lovely. Nice atmosphere, loved the soft Christmas music and lights. We’ve gone during the week and waited no more than 5min. Our waitress Shannon was a gem and most importantly the food never disappoints. Drinks are always delicious, even the non alcoholic ones (which is what I got) Great quality and presentation. Delicious and original food items for various taste buds. There’s nothing worse than spending money to go out to eat and feeling unsatisfied.. that has not been the case here. My mother frequently goes for breakfast and lunch and has said good things. I don’t have a picture of our entrees since we immediately started eating DoorDash shows pictures of about everything on the menu! Also, the cheesecakes are phenomenal.

Went out with the family to do some shopping and decided to stop in for some food. This was on a Saturday around 4:30 PM and there was about a 45-minute wait. The atmosphere inside was really nice, and our server was friendly and attentive.
Once we sat down, it took us a minute to figure out what we wanted because the menu is HUGE like 22 pages. We finally ordered, and the food came out in about 30 minutes. Even though I don’t love waiting that long, honestly that’s kind of impressive considering how many items they offer.
I got the BBQ Smokehouse Burger, and the rest of the family ordered chicken tenders with fries, fish and chips, and the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. We enjoyed our meals, but the fried onions on my burger were a bit overdone.Overall, it was a good experience solid food, great service, and a nice place to relax after shopping. Would stop by again.

Great experience overall – took one star off simply because of a long 45 min wait. However, once we did get seated, the experience was positive! Great drinks, great food and good service from our waitress. Pictured is the lunch portion herb crusted salmon entree and the steak frites entree, both which we really enjoyed. A lot of flavor with this salmon dish – I really loved that! Compliments to the chef and the bartenders. The strawberry infused margarita was also really tasty and well made. Will be returning.

The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of the waiting time. When we first got there, we were told the waiting time is 30mins but we ended up waiting more than 50mins before we were sat down to our table. The food and service is great, though. Our waiter Danny is amazing, very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable with their menu. We definitely would go back but will make a reservation to avoid the long wait time.

Was busy on a Wednesday afternoon, would recommend reservations to avoid waiting. Carbonara was a little bland, but the sheperd’s pie was very good. Had a free slice of cake for birthday which was very good. Good experience overall!

Tuesday trip to Lehigh Valley Mall always includes a stop at the Cheesecake Factory for lunch.
Our rockstar server, DANI, didn’t disappoint in any sense of service. He was polite, on pointe and very interested in getting our order right as well as explaining the menu choices.
So, my wife ordered the Lunch version, Salmon Miso, brown rice and steamed broccoli. She mentioned she was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and the presentation that truly satisfied her appetite. $19.95.
I had this craving for pasta, so, hI opted for the Chicken Marsala, $17.95.
And because we are rewards members, the special of BOGO FREE took our experience over the top.
As a former server, my wife was sad to read all the recent bad reviews but her suggestion is to diners: ADDRESS the concern with the shift manager who will try and correct the issue at the table.
If you don’t want to express yourself then and there for some reason, a bad review is not the answer.
Side note: no added surcharges or fees for using a credit card!

Crash Palace
My first time at The Cheesecake Factory proved to be a great experience.
The booth was comfortable and even with a slew of tables, people, and other patrons enjoying the Eagles’ game at the bar, the establishment was relatively quiet.
Our server was kind, patient, and helpful. And she served as a guide for their comprehensive menu.
We began with the avocado eggrolls and tamarind sauce. My girlfriend loved it. She also loved her chicken salad sandwich, which she proclaimed as being “the best ever.”
I had the grilled salmon with vegetables. The vegetables were amazing. Although the salmon had been cooked perfectly, there was a lack of flavor and the tartar sauce was too sweet.
We shared a slice of the vanilla-raspberry cheesecake and it was stellar.
We look forward to returning!

Ram took care of us and he was exemplary (the wait staff is truly exceptional).
The grilled branzino was some of the best I’ve had and the size of the filet wowed me.
I feel sorry for the hostesses. They do their job extremely well but they are constantly bombarded by walk-ins and those with reservations who show up early. They have much to juggle and navigate. We certainly appreciate them for what they do.

It was my daughter’s 17th birthday, she loves cheesecake. We had a memorable time. The food was appetizing. The cheesecake just wowed us. So fresh and quite delicious. The seven layer moose cake, just wow! We will definitely return just for the desert 😉
