Absolutely unacceptable — avoid this location
This Popeyes in Waldorf is consistently terrible. Today is Thursday, January 15, 1026. This is the third time my order has been wrong, and once again I didn’t find out until I got home and realized items I paid for were missing. I shouldn’t have to dig through the bag and check every single item myself every time I order. That’s not the customer’s job.
How hard is it to put the correct food in the bag? Apparently impossible for the staff here. There is zero attention to detail, zero accountability, and clearly no one is checking orders before handing them out. Customers’ time and money are being completely disrespected.
You wait, you pay, and then you get home to discover you didn’t even receive what you ordered. At this point it feels intentional or simply careless beyond belief.
If you value your time, your money, or actually receiving your food, go to a different Popeyes. This location desperately needs better management and training.

3rd and Last time. Each time I go it’s crazy busy, I get it. But each time I had to wait for chicken tenders for more than 20mins. The lady that was doing mobile orders was trying to fill order with little to no help, and she lacked organization skills. My total wait time was just under 1 hour which is ridiculous. Others was ordering food at the counter and whoever was taking at order just walked away and dint fill the order. Overall, once again horrible experience.

Was very surprised because of other stores I’ve visited before. The drive thru wait was long, which was expected honestly, but this place has got to have the best food I’ve had from Popeyes. My chicken pieces were a great size, the skin was nice and crispy how I liked it AND the chicken itself was not only seasoned all the way through, but also JUICY. I was shook. My boyfriend eats the biscuits and he even said they were the best biscuits he’s had from here

This is the worse Popeyes in the Area. Wait times are ridiculous. Then they have u pull up so the window time doesn’t go up. Just to have u wait for 20 more mins. Will never recommend. Need new management

Look no further! This has to be the worst fast-food spot I’ve ever been to in Maryland. If you’re craving chicken, do yourself a favor and go to Slim Chickens, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s, or Zaxby’s instead.
Pro tip: If you place a pickup order, don’t even think about showing up on time. Add at least 30 minutes after the app says it’s ready.. then you might actually get your food.

I normally only eat at popeyes when they have the shrimp tackle box special. However today I decided to get the 2 piece chicken combo, and it was HORRIBLE and the sweet tea taste like water. That was Horrible as well. The Cinnamon apple pie was good and mashed potato. Just not the chicken and sweet tea. Both HORRIBLE.

I normally enjoy Popeyes food, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow and unorganized, and the manager on duty was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing my concerns in a respectful way, the manager spoke with an attitude and made the whole situation worse. As a customer, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy—and that was completely missing here. This experience left a very bad impression, and I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
