Don’t go here if you value your sanity. The staff will make you feel crazy for wanting decent service. I understand that they’re over worked but they have no customer service skills and served us poorly cooked food. The whole time staff were extremely passive aggressive.
1. When putting out names on the waitlist the staff informed us a party of 5+ would have to wait 40 minutes. 40 minutes later when we received a text saying our table was ready the staff informed us that our reservation had 2 people on it instead of 5. They acted as though it was our fault the reservation was put in wrong. Even when our table was finally ready after another 20 minutes, the seating staff were extremely rude. It was as if we had done something wrong to them.
2. The best part was when they served us a plate of pasta with NO sauce. When we later complained, they told us the kitchen ran out of sauce. Why would you serve a dish you know wasn’t properly made without first informing the costumer? I attached a photo of the dish. It was one of the specialty pastas too, meaning we were paying extra to get a dish that was poorly made.

Walked into The Cheesecake Factory and immediately felt like I was watching 2025 Notre Dame football in edible form. The menu alone is a five-star recruiting class — deep, intimidating, and somehow everyone gets playing time.
I ordered the steak and salmon combo, and let me tell you… that plate had balance. The steak came out like a dominant offensive line: seasoned, powerful, no nonsense, just moving the chains every bite. Then the salmon shows up like a breakout sophomore QB — smooth, confident, perfectly cooked, and making you wonder why anyone ever doubted it.
The app (appetizer) was talking WILD the entire time. Absolute trash talk. Came out early setting the tone like Notre Dame jumping to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Every bite felt like a big defensive stop or a 40-yard bomb down the sideline. No mercy, no rebuilding year energy — straight playoff vibes.
By the time the entrees hit, it was clear: this was a complete team win. No weak links. No busts. Just execution. Cheesecake Factory in its 2025 ND era — disciplined, loaded with talent, and finally putting it all together when it matters.
Didn’t even make it to cheesecake because the starters already secured the win. Sometimes you don’t need overtime.

First time here, the atmosphere was nice, service was good, wish we had a booth but the two person tables were fine. Drinks were reasonable, my only complaint was the salmon wasnt cooked long enough for me. Mexican 75 was the highlight

Our lunch was very good. We decided to have dessert to go and to share a slice of cheesecake. What on earth happened to the size? This was shrinkflation to the extreme It is so tiny !! They used to have generous slices in the past. This is barely enough for us to have a big tablespoon each.

We waited over an hour for our food, and it came out cold. The restroom was absolutely disgusting (see photos). The manager said she doesn’t go into the bathrooms—but customers do, and the condition was unacceptable. Another table nearby was also complaining about cold food. Poor management, poor cleanliness, and a terrible overall experience.

We came to Cheesecake Factory on a Tuesday afternoon (12:30 pm ish) for lunch, our group was 6 people. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, we waited 5 minutes to be seated. Our waitress greeted us and took our drink orders and kids lunch order. The drinks came promptly and kids got their lunch within 20 minutes. Our waitress came back to take the adults lunch order, but for whatever reason the food took 45 minutes after we placed our order. The restaurant was not busy so I was very confused why the food took so long. My meat loaf and the sides were on the salty side. Overall, it was a terrible experience especially the wait time for the food when the restaurant wasn’t that busy.

I placed an order on NYE. Was told they ran out of an item (have photo proof) and the man said I’d receive a refund in the next 5 days. I never did. I’ve emailed and gotten no response. So I’m reaching out this way now. in an order I placed prior (also to go) they did not include my bday slice. I contacted them immediately and they acknowledged my slice was still sitting there and sat waiting for a manager. She wasn’t very kind but told me she’d note it.
The next time I ordered a to go I asked if I could get that slice and they told me unless I knew who it was I spoke to I was out of luck.
Its really frustrating bc I order from there at least once a month if not more. I usually remember to use my CF account but not always.
In just two visits I’ve had two-three issues. On NYE I also was attempting to use a $10 off coupon so I lost that as well. I’ve had an issue every single time I’ve used their rewards.

The Gumbo was flavorful, with a balance of spices and a tomato base. The meat was tender and flavorful , was expecting salmon and the salad but they put shrimp instead , the meal was good and delicious and overall the experience was good. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the decor added to the overall cultural atmosphere.

At all stages of presence in this place everything was wonderful! Starting from the moment we came to book a table, they seated us exactly on time. Pleasant and attentive service in the person of the waiter Matthew. His recommendations helped a lot in choosing dishes, and thanks to him there was a general good impression of the establishment. Also regarding the food, everything was tasty and satisfying. Be prepared for the fact that the burger patties will be without spices.
