Pho Bristol is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. Had lunch at Pho Bristol on 18th Feb around 2pm with two little ones. Warmly greeted by the lovely manager. Seated quickly despite the busy lunch hours. Kids had mini pho with fresh apple juice, I had beef brisket pho. All served in delicious, temperature hot broth which’s perfect for the cold and rainy day. Beef slices could be more tender for the kids, slightly tough and chewy. Mine was brisket, just right. Noodles portion was just enough for a lady but likely not enough for a man. Overall the broth is deliciously served. Will come back again!

We walked in, lots of tables to spare. The waitress was AMAZING, Ines, and she was always taking the time to see us, take our orders, make lovely recommendations and to talk to us!
All the food was delicious. I ordered the Pho soup, rice bowl, beef brisket curry and the visticiliam noodles. The food was full of all kinds of flavours, all working together to form an amazing dish. I would 100% recommend this to anyone! The Pho Soup is amazing and is a must eat!

Our first time here, it was fab! Shout out to Owen, who managed our lack of knowledge well and even brought us a sample of broth to taste to see if it was too spicy. That much much appreciated as it guided our decision and what we did order was super delicious. Owen is so intuitive, friendly and a credit to your team. We’ll be back. 10/10!!

Good hearty food (we ordered beef combo soup, beef brisket, and chicken breast soup, as well as prawns summer roll, and crispy banana fritters with vanilla ice cream). Great customer service with a genuine smile (sorry I failed to get the name of the dark haired lady who was genuinely happy serving us and making our dining experience enjoyable all throughout!). Very child friendly (we had 2 8-year olds and a 3 year old). People started to come and dine and suddenly the restaurant is packed and festive!

Went solo on the 13th October 2025 with no reservation, was seated right away and really enjoyed the food and service. Maddy was especially friendly and really helpful, I appreciated the recommendation on my main too. It was quite busy, but still enjoyed my experience; it was really nice to see people enjoying themselves and it was a good atmosphere. Constantly craving Pho, so will definitely have to pop by again soon!

Such a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant! The place was rather packed when I walked in around 6:30PM, but I was able to be sat at a larger table shared with another couple which doesn’t bother me.
For dinner I had the shrimp summer rolls and a brisket pho all accompanied by a Jasmine Tea. The food came out rather quickly, the flavor was perfect, and you get quiet a lot of meat in the pho which is not often the case other places! If you’re looking for a cozy soup on a rainy day, let this be your go to!
