This place is truly worth the hype you see everywhere or have heard. Their menu is very extensive with all different options ranging from Italian, American, Asian fusion and more! The wait staff and service are incredible and all the food and drinks came out super quick. Everything we ordered was so delicious. You can’t go wrong with choosing anything on the menu. I personally recommend the Asian nachos and baked brie truffle butter appetizers, both were divine! every cheesecake flavor we tried was a 10/10. only downside was still having a long way, even though we made a reservation. this place is too good not to come back. This is a must try if you haven’t already!

I like coming to this restaurant chain from time to time. This visit, however, was not as good as previous ones. Even though Sundays are usually busy, the wait time wasn’t too long, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the table we were given was too small for everything we had, and there were no other options available.
The utensils on the table were dirty, so we asked for hot water to clean them. We decided to order main dishes only. My husband ordered the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta with chicken and shrimp, but he didn’t enjoy it — it looked well seasoned but lacked flavor. I chose the Santa Fe salad, which I liked. The crunchy tortilla strips added a nice texture, but the salad itself was too cold.
For dessert, we tried the new peach cheesecake with raspberry drizzle, and it was very good. We also ordered café lattes, but it was unusual that they were served in the same glass cups used for sodas. Prices have definitely gone up, which is understandable, but the coffee price was especially surprising.
One recommendation for management would be to pay closer attention to the restrooms. After using them, I informed the host in case they were not aware of the poor condition, but the response did not feel welcoming. As we were leaving, the odor near the area was noticeable, and other nearby guests commented on it as well

We ordered the farfalle pasta and the Thai lettuce wraps. They were so delicious. We ordered the hot fudge sundae for dessert. The fudge could’ve been hotter but you can’t beat ice cream and chocolate with a cherry on top.

Great food with a wide variety of menu selections. The staff were friendly, but the service and food took a bit longer than expected. Still, everything tasted delicious and the portions were generous — definitely worth a visit!

Never a bad meal here. Portions are large, delicious and we didnt have long to wait. Their salads are magnificent and I always get the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer that you can assemble yourself. It comes with 3 sauces that are so good especially the tamarind sauce that is amazing.

I went to The Cheesecake Factory thinking I’d have a normal dinner. Big mistake. Because once the cheesecake shows up, dinner no longer matters.
First of all, the menu is the size of a college textbook. I’m pretty sure there are sections I didn’t even reach before the waiter came back. But none of it matters because the real reason anyone is there is the cheesecake.
When the slice arrived, I thought they accidentally brought me an entire cake. This thing was massive. I’m talking structural-engineering-level cheesecake. If my house ever collapses, I’m pretty sure a Cheesecake Factory slice could hold up a load-bearing wall.
Took one bite and immediately understood why people drive 40 minutes just for dessert. It’s so creamy and rich that halfway through I started negotiating with my stomach like:
“Listen… we both know this is a bad idea… but we’re finishing it.”
About three bites in I felt my life improve. My skin cleared. My credit score went up 20 points. A bald guy at the next table grew hair.
By the time I finished the slice I was 95% cheesecake and 5% regret, but honestly the regret was minimal.
Food: 10/10
Slice size: could feed a family of four or one determined adult
Willpower: 0/10
Would I come back? Absolutely.
Next time I’m skipping dinner and just ordering three cheesecakes and a fork.

What a great dining experience I had on Wednesday during lunch at Cheesecake Factory! I ordered the skinny licious, Mexican tortilla chicken salad and it was absolutely fantastic! There was a huge amount of salad which was absolutely delicious and it was also a work of art! I regret not taking a photo!! The chef on duty that day was Alma. She is a true professional! I have been to cheesecake many times to eat this specific salad and they have always been good, but this time was exceptional! Alma is to be commended! The service was also fantastic as always!

Terrible service and terrible cleanliness standards (table we were seated had black specs/crumbs) at this place.
We were seated in a section where our waitress (brunette haired woman) ignored us the whole time. She would pass by without even greeting us or at least letting us know she’ll be back to serve us. Granted the restaurant/section we were seated at was not busy whatsoever.
After 15 full minutes of waiting I called out to a gentleman, I believe his name was Donald (pony tail + goatee) explained the situation and he jumped to help. Even though he said it wasn’t his section, he took our order quickly and expedited our food. Fortunately, we were able to make our movie on time thanks to him. Please shout him out.
I would this as an opportunity to properly train this particular associate to avoid this from happening in the future. It’s a shame it happened to us but as long as it doesn’t happen to another set of guests, then that’s all I ask for. Thank you.

My family and I visited the cheesecake factory on January 31 2026 around 8:45pm to grab a bite to eat and catch up. We ordered impossible burgers, double smash cheeseburgers and a steak Diane. We also ordered mocktails. The mocktails tasted great. The burgers were also good as well. The complimentary bread was the best part. Unfortunately, while my sister was eating her Diane she found rice and chicken in her plate.
We let our server know and she retrieved her manager. The manager came with very aggressive behaviour. Came to the table asking if any of us had rice and chicken because he believed we must have put it in her plate. There was zero apology. He asked if she wanted to get rid of the plate. Obviously my sister would not eat a meal that was contaminated by other food items in the kitchen. I stated what if she was allergic to chicken and the manager asked “well is she?” When asked to fire a next plate because my sister was hungry he agreed and said he would comp the meal. When we received the meal it was packed up, as if the message that they were sending was that we should leave. We receive the receipt and the meal was not comp. When the manager came back to our table he asked why would he comp a meal that he remade. The manager was yelling at us, and we had a young child at the table, who was affected by his behaviour.
My family and I were disgusted with how the situation was handled, and how the manager spoke to us. We left never wanting to return to this location which is quite unfortunate. Knowing that the manager handles situations in such aggressive ways is frightening.
But I’m so impressed with how the server handles the situation. She was kind and apologetic. The manager could learn a lot from her.
