Traveling home from our trip we stopped here for lunch. Took server almost 10 minutes to greet us for drinks. Place was not busy. Waitress very nice and polite. Seemed like she had an issue with us, because my kids needed stuff. Refills, ketsup, cups to go. Food was ok. I got chicken n dumplins, daughter got fish, other daughter got mini burgers. Muni burgers were over cooked. Fish wasn’t good, was my daughters 1st time eating it. My chicken and dumplins were good.

Ordered curbside here. I was early and waited, but the food didn’t arrive. I went in and asked after the delivered time passed, but was told to wait until the food was ready at the curbside area at the back. I waited another 15 minutes and went inside. The hostess checked and the food was ready, but I was told that it was just done. The food was obviously already cooked and waited for at least 15-20 minutes. The cheese and bacon on the fries were not cooked as they should be. It was just uncooked cheese and bacon. I called the restaurant and complained, and the manager responded appropriately. This is not the level of service that I expect and am very unhappy with the service. I took off the extra star I gave as the management is also very bad in that they had promised to refund the cost of the items and act like they care, but did not do so as promised. Overall, this was my worst experience at a Cracker Barrel. This is not a reflection on other Cracker Barrel’s that have better management and workers.

First time here. Portions were average. Prices average. There’s a gift shop as you walk in. It’s fun looking over the items they have. They’re a little pricey but it’s fun to look nonetheless. There’s a wait once you order and the food to come so be prepared. But this is a good friendly place to eat.

Our experience here took 2 hours. Service was very slow. Took over an hour to get our food from when we placed our order. We had a toddler with us and when the food did finally come, his order was wrong. So he had to wait extra.

By far the worst Cracker Barrel, I have ever been to my food was burnt and always cold ordering online on top of that. I have to wait longer than I expected time to get my food. This is unacceptable.

Food was good, waitress was trying, but other staff was mismanaged. No one at welcome station, knives in with forks still had visible butter and jelly on them(all, not just one), restrooms dirty, 3 employees standing at checkout talking blocking access, grounds covered with cigarettes and debris. Oh geez…service was SLOW, food was marginal at best and the place was dirty. I had fried catfish with corn and greens. It was edible but didn’t taste that good at all. Catfish was cold and lacked seasoning, corn tasted old and the greens had zero flavor. Server complained about management and the fact she didn’t feel like she should be waiting on my table because it was not hers. She forgot to give me a napkin and eating utensils and told me I had to specifically ask for jelly or she could not bring it to me after 11a??? My table was dirty and I had to wipe it off. The floor in this place was trashed with food and trash everywhere. Can’t recommend this place at all.

We arrived at 124pm . Told it was a 10-20 min wait. An hour later we were seated. No drinks for another 15. About an hour later half of table was served with no silverware . Patrons was leaving because of the wait. Rest of food came no toast or cornbread. Then while viewing the bill was charged for a refill on coke. Atmosphere was very tense. Had traveled 50 min for a meal that took 3 hrs from start to finish

It took us 25 min in line to even put are names in to be able to sit down another 10 for are table to be ready that’s a wait of 35 minutes and we haven’t even ordered food yet. I decided on the chicken friend chicken the loaded mashed potatoes and the Mac N cheese. Normally I’d love all of these definitely the combining these. This time was very very different. The chicken was good not that hot seemed like it stayed a bit too long under the heat lamp but it was good. The sides however I combined them not to make it a great meal but that was the only way I could choke down the bland flavor of both of them. We decided on biscuits they didn’t come until after are food did and they were cold and dry . I had to choke those down too. Context for this next part I am a Type 1 Diabetic. I asked for a Coke Zero. First one I believe anyway was it was hard to tell because of how flat it was however the 2nd one they gave me a REGULAR COKE. It’s hard to explain how dangerous that is for me. My girlfriend who I went with got the chicken and dumplings the cinnamon apples and the hash brown casserole. These were again good they actually had flavor. However these were also kinda dry and not even hot. They were room temperature. 2 tables were served before us the only redeeming part about going here was the lady who gave us are food. Was nice and understanding when I said are previous server gave me the wrong drink and corrected it. She was nice and looked me in the eye like she did kinda care about the quality of service I’m not saying she was perfect but she was doing a good job. Overall I’d never eat at this place again. Maybe at another location but as far as my first experience goes. Horrible.
