I’m here to provide an updated review. I visited this location again in early April 2023. Upon being seated we noticed out silverware was dirty. We informed our waiter Jeff asked for new silverware and hot water. At first it seemed like our request was ignored as we couldn’t locate Jeff so asked a different waiter to assist instead. The water were were severed there was black stuff floating in the bottom. We went during a weekday evening so it wasn’t crowded but for some reason it took nearly forever for us to receive our food. I totally understand businesses may be under staffed since the pandemic. We sat there for hours., there’s no way it should have taken so long to get our food. I ordered a Shirley Temple first batch wasn’t good asked to add more grenadine second batch was even worse I just requested a ginger ale instead. I ordered the flat bread pizza which was good. We were so tired by the time the bill came we paid and jetted out. Upon looking at receipt later on we was charged for both the ginger ale and Shirley Temple. I defiantly wasn’t pleased with this visit.

This place is one of my favorites for one reason and is not the cheesecake even Though is just outstanding; is because the menu has a lot of options!!!! Yes!!! I can say I never had eaten the same there!! Yesterday I had the opportunity to try the skinny menu and I love it! I had the lemon grilled shrimp, asparagus and angel hair pasta and I love it, as an appetizer I had the Thai chicken lettuce wrap it was flavorful and light! I love it, service was great the Waite’s very attentive and nice.

Not a bad experience overall the waiter was attentive and kind. But it took quite some time for the apps even though the place was practically empty. Also I ordered a medium rare steak and it was more on the well side. With no real flavor other than the excess of pepper they put on it . I had to get steak sauce for it to be even slightly barrable. Nachos were good and the wife’s food apparently was good as well. Overall will come back but would want to maybe not get the steak again.

I arrived at 8 o’clock. I was told that seating for 11 would be an hour waiting patiently I came back an hour and 10 minutes later they said it would be a few minutes more. We were not seated till 10 o’clock. I don’t know if this is the norm or it was a real busy night, the waiter was polite and he tried to make up for a waiting time and he’s polite and as nice as he was it seems like he was always playing catch-up trying to catch up to what was coming next

I love the Cheese Cake Factory. It was my second time visiting. First time was great this time is was okay. My vegetables where not all the way cooked. They were hard to but through, and unseasoned. Just make sure you let them know how you want your food cooked. However I had the New York strip. It was cooked right and mashed potatoes was good but the veggies wasn’t okay. Also looking at the menu is overwhelming so make sure you also read the subtext under the name of the item. Service was quick and nice and the atmosphere is nice also.

This has honestly been the best Cheesecake Factory experience I’ve had in the NYC area. The staff is polite and service is quick. Fried foods don’t come out greasy and gf shrimp wasn’t rubbery. Definitely recommend the lemon garlic shrimp.
