Once seated, we were greeted and served fairly quickly. We started with the fried mac and cheese balls, which were delicious, and of course enjoyed the fresh bread and butter that always hits the spot.
For our meals:
– My boy had the kids’ bow tie pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken
– My girl chose the kids’ bow tie pasta with red sauce
– My love ordered the mac n’ cheese burger with sweet potato fries
– I went with the chicken parm pizza-style
Everyone else really enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, mine was a bit underwhelming this time. I’ve ordered the chicken parm pizza-style many times before and know how good it can be, but this visit just didn’t measure up to past experiences.
Service was also a little disappointing. When we needed sauces or drink refills, getting our waitress’s attention felt like a lot of work, and it came across as if asking for things was a hassle or annoyance, which definitely affected the overall experience.
On the bright side, the kids ended their meals happy with their favorite treat—strawberries and whipped cream, which never disappoints.
Overall, it felt like this location has lost a bit of its spark and friendliness compared to what we’re used to. That said, everyone else still enjoyed themselves, and we did have a nice family outing. Hopefully this was just an off day, because we’ve had much better experiences here in the past.
Our waiter, Eadar, was great! Super friendly and professional. He brought us some bread while we waited, which was so good I almost got full before my meal.
I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken—crispy chicken with spicy Korean BBQ sauce over rice with avocado, kimchi, mushrooms, cilantro, and sesame seeds. I’d rate it a 3/5. Not bad, but not quite what I expected. The flavor was kind of like sesame chicken, and the rice didn’t really taste like jasmine rice.
A week before, I had their Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp, and that one was amazing—shrimp, rice, black beans, sweet plantains, and marinated pineapple. Definitely recommend that dish!
Overall, this place has great variety and even brunch options. I’d go back again—and if you visit, ask for Eadar!
We had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory at Bridgewater Mall, thanks to our server Francine. She was absolutely wonderful — attentive, patient, and incredibly kind, especially while serving our family with kids.
She made sure everyone was taken care of, kept a positive attitude the entire time, and truly made dining with children feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm personality stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.
Thank you, Francine, for such excellent service! We’ll definitely be back.
Floors were dirty.
Will never come back.
We had dinner at our regular Cheesecake Factory in Bridgewater, and the experience exceeded our usual expectations. The service was truly exceptional, thanks to our waitress, Francine—who, I must say, genuinely impressed me (and that’s not easy to do).
One detail that stood out was her attention to proper dining etiquette. When clearing our bread plates, she noticed that our knives were on them—a correct practice, as used utensils should not be placed back on the table. Without hesitation, she brought us fresh knives before our main course arrived, placing them properly without skipping a beat. Normally, I have to request a replacement knife or, worse, I’m asked to keep my used one (which is incorrect). Francine, however, handled it seamlessly and intuitively.
Another small yet significant touch was when she wiped away the crumbs from our bread before serving the main course. As I always say, the magic is in the details, and her meticulous attention to them was what truly impressed me.
Beyond service, I also noticed something different about the table setting when we arrived. The first fork was placed slightly above the second, creating a refined visual touch (see photo). This isn’t the usual setup at Cheesecake Factory, which suggests that whoever set the table took extra care and pride in their work—a small yet appreciated detail.
As for the food, it was excellent as always. I have no complaints. I genuinely enjoy Cheesecake Factory and love their sister brand, Grand Lux Café. Having dined at multiple locations, I know that my one unpleasant experience in the Baltimore/Washington area was an exception, not the standard. Likewise, I also recognize that the level of service Francine provided was above and beyond their usual service—which makes it all the more commendable.
Kudos to Francine and the Bridgewater team for making this dining experience so memorable!
