Major difference from the last time we was here. Pre pandemic- We had a long day and a long drive. We were hungry and haven’t been there in a long time.

The food was pretty good! We had an awfully amount of mashed potatoes though. But the meat were pretty well seasoned. And the sauces went well with the meal! Our server was excellent, very patient and attentive! But the lights at our table were pretty dim. From the photos, you can see that only one part of the table had noticeably better lighting than the rest. And I had expected the cheesecake to be standing when served, but it wasn’t. At least it was pretty good! Overall 4/5.

Went there on a busy Father’s Day weekend and the service was great. It was my sons birthday and the waiter made him feel special we ordered the carne asada, fried Mac and cheese, burger sliders and a beacon cheeseburger. Delicious

My friend and I got take out and we pretty disappointed with our food. My carbonara had added chicken which was about 6 small diced cubes of chicken and was maybe a third of the container full. My friend got chicken alfredo pasta and it was the same problem. For $27 a entree I was expecting a larger portion and definitely for chicken for $6 extra. Obviously the cheesecake was fantastic as it always is. But this is the second time I’ve been disappointed with Cheesecake Factory food so I’ll probably stick to the dessert from now on. I tried calling the restaurant several times that night with no response and sent an email with no response.

I waitied over 30 mins past my pick up time for my order. When i arrived i was told they were just waiting on my brussel sprouts to be done every thing else was completed and ready to go. I waitied patiently. Thinking 30 mins was a long time for brussel sprouts. When i requested a manager i got issaic who said my order was there & ready and you are asking questions. I stated it was not completed. I was still waiting on desserts to be made meanwhile i waitied over 30 mins pass the alloted time for my pick up order the cold food should have been ready it wasnt. I was concerned my food would be cold. He walked away and never came back. I waitied another 10 to 15 mins for desserts. Just for my food to be cold when i arrived home 4 minutes down the road. we requested no onions on our burger due to allergies and there was onions. I requested no Cilantro due to allergies on any of my order and there was Cilantro all over my chicken. The brussel sprouts were burnt and no flavor. I paid over $140 for food that could not be eaten. Oh also no utensils as requested. Please see photos. I’d like a call back regarding this. This is shameful for such a highly recommended place and I was looking forward to this dinner.

Went for my birthday dinner and had a good time. The food was really good and came out hot but everyone got their food at different times so no one was eating at the same time. Super dark in there. Gotta turn your flashlight on to see that your dood is cooked to order. Otherwise our waitress was great and overall the experience was good.

It literally was the worst food I have ever eaten. The spring roll was empty, and they served it. Most of the food we left behind. The manager wouldn’t even come over to apologize for the poor food quality. The only thing good about the place was the server. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Little slow(busy) service, food is not worth the price, slice cheesecake is very expensive. Get the whole cake at half price. AND wrap the utensils in paper. Everybody touches the menu and menu sitting on top of my fork is not a good look.
