Food wasn’t good but the service was great. Our server remembered we don’t eat bacon and made sure there’s no gelatin anywhere. Really appreciated it.
Truffle fries are good as an appetizer, so as spicy tuna.
But Brussels sprouts were dry. chicken and shrimp with pineapple was supposed to be spicy, it was way too sweet…regular fries were smooshy.
Oh and then in the middle of the evening some kids came to the restaurant and started asking for money. Was weird…but manager took care of it pretty quickly.

I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory and tried the mac and cheese balls, zucchini fries, and teriyaki salmon. The mac and cheese balls were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside—very comforting and flavorful. The zucchini fries were light, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce, making them a great starter.
The teriyaki salmon was the highlight of the meal—perfectly cooked, flaky, and coated in a sweet and savory glaze that wasn’t overpowering. The portion sizes were generous, as always, and the food was served hot and fresh.

Normally when I go to cheesecake, I tend to order the same 3-5 dishes in rotation because I don’t wanna risk ordering something new and not like it. Thanks to TikTok, my fiance and I ordered 2 new food items on the menu this afternoon. We tried the street corn which was surprisingly really good (my fiance only tolerates corn normally) and I got the chicken costolleta and sub the mashed potatoes with angel hair pasta and extra sauce on the side. It’s was absolutely delicious. Will definitely add this on my rotation now

Overall it was a very mixed experience. To start with the positives, the service was good our waiter was attentive despite it being quite busy.
The appetizers all tasted delicious and were served very quickly. We tried the chicken taquitos, the fried cauliflower, and the honey toast.
The cheesecake was also delicious. We tried the tiramisu flavor which was spot on: A perfect level of rich and creamy.
For the negatives, our entrees took a really long time to come out and they were just okay. The pasta was underdone (not just al dente, like actually crunchy in some spots underdone) and the quality/taste of the dish was just below what you’d expect for the price.
The restaurant interior is pretty, but the atmosphere was ruined by the large number of flies. At one point we had 6 flies buzzing around our table that we had to swat at.
We’d definitely be willing to try dining here again, but would try different entrees

Ashley P. Our waitress was absolutely AMAZING!! She recommended amazing food, was funny and so kind. She really made my husband’s birthday dinner a special one. She was so personable, she felt like an old friend. Just warm and friendly… I can talk about Ashley’s service forever because she made this experience. The food was delicious, we left with 5 slices of cheesecake and all our meals were hot, fresh and well proportioned. Ask for Ashely! She’s really the best!! Thank you Ashley for your warmth!

We went here for dinner for my birthday last night (with a reservation) and were seated at a new area of the restaurant. The part we sat at was beautiful and had great service. The waiter getting off shift and the waitress taking over were very attentive and provided great service. It was a little cold over there though (all 4 of us were freezing)
Food came within a decent time frame and everyone was impressed with what they got. I got lunch special of pasta carbonara, my husband -pizza chicken flatbread w/pasta on top, my parents ordered Shepards pie and four cheese penne pasta dish.
*For anyone legal, try the peach Bellini! It’s delicious (and sometimes dangerous!)
At the end, our waitress even brought me a little ice cream dish to celebrate my birthday. It was really cute!
They do a good job here of quickly bussing tables and getting people seated after others leave, reducing wait times. We had a great experience yesterday and will be coming back again, as we are continued customers and are always impressed with the food and staff here.

I had a great time at this Cheesecake Factory location. I went with my family to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Everyone’s food was delicious & we enjoyed our experience. As a vegetarian, I ordered 3 appetizers for my dinner. I had the elote corn ribs (absolute perfection but I forgot to take a pic of this one!), korean style cauliflower, & avocado tacos- I loved all 3! Another dish pictured is regular chicken korean bbq meal & a chipotle tuscan chicken pasta. Drink is frozen lemonade & blackberry puree with vodka. My favorite cheesecake is the godiva dark chocolate (pictured). We also got the oreo one & mango lime! All of the cheesecake was tasty! Don’t forget for your birthday you get a slice for free in the rewards program! Definitely would 10/10 recommend & will be back !

This is the Cheesecake factory in Cherry Hill, NJ. Cheesecake Factory is never my go to place, but if I am in the area, and I want to grab lunch, this is one of the places I would consider. This is the only Cheesecake Factory that I am ok with. The one in Center City Philly and KOP is not for me, period.
On this trip, the waiter was awesome. The food was good, except for the asparagus. I had to cut off the very ends, which can be very chewy. I which they did that before cooking them. I had the peach/raspberry cheese cake, which was tasty. All in all it was a good experience.
Environment? Always loud no matter which location you go to.

Great place! We love this place, and it’s one of our favorite restaurants. We usually go to another location, but this one was just as good. Also, there’s a very extensive menu, and something for everyone. Note, the “spicy” food is not very spicy at all!
