I decided to have dinner with her and that place.
The host was nice and very accommodating to us .
many servers, runners and more past by and No one asked or said anything the were unattended and unfriendly. After waiting in the table for more than 15 minutes our server came was polite and nice, we ordered factory chopped salad was very delicious but after that, the carne asada was the worst plate that I saw the presentation was horrible. The plate was full of grease and spicy. I returned the plate and nobody apologized and just the manager took it off th bill but that it .
My sister plate chicken katsu Boul was a little better but spicy still .
After that the plate still at the table enty for long time .
Was a bad experience for my sister and I , she was so excited and so do I .This was a very disappointing moment .
I never come back….
The only thinks that you still making great is the cheesecake.
I did use their restroom too it was not so clean but there was a lady who kept it clean. I believe the mall traffic might be the reason not sure.
Since it is within a mall you will see paid parking next to macys. We used that parking to visit cheesecake.
Overall experience was good .
Feel free to ask if you need any other detail. I added the phot of our main course for reference .
We also enjoy cheesecake and their bread has yet not ceased to please us .
Thank you!
Portions were huge, and everything tasted great. For a large chain to keep up this level of service, quality, and quantity is impressive, especially at the price point. I’ll definitely be bringing my team back.
The spicy rigatoni pasta with chicken was 8/10. Sauce was plentiful and very flavorful, and the chicken wasn’t dry. The Asian chicken lettuce wrap tacos were 5/10. The lettuce didn’t really hold up the fillings well, but the sauces were the highlight. Alone, the taco wasn’t that good. Sheila’s chicken and avocado salad was my favorite of the three. The mixed greens and avocados tasted fresh, and the tortilla strips were very crispy and gave the salad a perfect crunch. The classic cheesecake is a lot smaller at this location than the ones in the South, but it was still delicious.
The service is also not bad. Our server checked on us frequently. The restaurant itself is huge, so seating was not a problem. There were two children running around, but that’s not really the restaurant’s fault and more a customer fault. Overall, this place has decent food and good customer service.
