I don’t know where something has changed since the pictures were taken but it was a food bus You walk up order and they give you a light up coaster so when your food is done it buzzes and rings and you go pick up your food. But the quesabirria was awesome and so was the steak tacos.

I never give reviews, but this food is incredible! I highly recommend the quesabirrias; the cashier recommended them to me, and it was the best recommendation. They’re also at an amazing price. Just be aware that they charge a fee if you pay with a card, but there’s no fee if you pay with cash.

This is my first time trying the food here; it was okay. The girl who served me was very friendly and had a lovely smile. I tried the chicken and the birria tacos, but I didn’t really like them. I’ll come back to try a different meat. I also really like that they have plenty of parking.

Local food truck located in a large church parking lot directly west of I-35 and Brighton. The menu is kind of overwhelming If you’re not prepared, so just pick something. We ordered a little bit of everything so I can’t recall exactly what we had but everything’s amazing – and the pizza Barilla was the best we’ve ever had. They cook to order, and give you a little beeper like the kind you get at restaurants so you can safely wait in your car.
*Amended to add that they add a ton of cilantro to everything. It’s coarsely chopped so it’s pretty easy to pick off most of it, but if you’re a genetic alien like myself and you think it tastes like soap, you might want to ask them to either leave off or go easy on the cilantro.*

Hands down the best Mexican Food Truck around! The pastor torta is our favorite and hits every time. Highly recommend trying it. We also really enjoy the chicken and cactus tacos. Staff is friendly and quick service. This is our go to Friday night food truck.

This is quite possibly the very best Mexican food in KC. Every kind of meet they have is so delicious and tender, the family meals are huge feed my whole family of 4 for $30, I would much rather have quality food that tastes incredible over a fancy dining experience. If you want good food just do your self a favor and run to grab some!
Also my wife and I both always struggle finding good salsa every sauce this place has is so tasty!!!

Just moved up to the KC area from south Texas and was afraid I wouldn’t find an authentic Mexican restaurant. Let me tell you this food was absolutely amazing and tasted like home. I had the #4 with quesobirrias and taco and idk if I want to try something else. It had amazing flavor and so fresh! Highly recommend and will be going back and being a regular!

First time trying this place ,we ordered some quesabirrias and al pastor quesadilla. The quesabirrias had barely any cheese and it was more like carne desebrada for me. And they didn’t put any consomé with it . The quesadilla also had barely any cheese. Very disappointing ☹️
