It’s basically Olive Garden but they add $10 more per dish. Food is fine but nothing exemplary and the prices are basically rip off level for the portions you receive.
Our server was friendly and attentive but there’s only so much she can do with a restaurant this sterile.

I have been to this location a few times now and they have never disappointed me. It is clean, the staff are friendly and the food is really good. I particularly like that there is numerous seafood items with choices that aren’t all fried. Tonight my daughter and I decided to dine in, it had been awhile and she was craving a meatball. We both like the style of bread. I prefer warm roles, but this is somewhat traditional and the butter is soft. She got the kids spaghetti and meatball. This is a generous sized dish. I got the broiled haddock with baked stuffed shrimp. The fish was cooked perfectly and had a nice buttery flavor. The shrimp were delicious, the stuffing was great and they weren’t dry. My sides were squash and mashed potatoes, also delicious! My daughter had a pudding style dessert and the overall experience was great!

Absolutely delightful experience!
The food was amazing and full of rich flavor. The pasta…the sauce, everything is just perfectly made, and their deserts are something unbelievably good!!!! Cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and great wine selection. Highly recommend for a relaxing and delicious meal!

This restaurant met the average mark for service and ambiance, however, you go to a restaurant to eat.
We sent back all of our food. The chicken picatta had microwaved jar gravy on it and no flavor, the chicken was rubbery, and the noodles were overcooked and tasteless as well.
Our appetizer was fried calamari, it was soggy and extra rubbery as though it was microwaved.
My swordfish was completely raw in the center, they remade it for me and it came back tough, firm, and definitely not flakey as it should have been, because they microwaved it.
To top it off, it was Valentine’s Day and there were 3 tables around us that sent their food back and got up and left unhappy as well.
To top it off, we still paid over $110 for a meal we only took a few bites of because it wasn’t edible.
This might be the first had review I’ve ever given because I couldn’t find 1 thing positive about the restaurant food. To top it off our Valentine’s was cut short because we were sick until mid-afternoon the following day from the food.
Hopefully it’s just the Franklin location that is this way, but we won’t be trying any of the other locations.

Not what it used to be. The chicken in the parmigiana was dry and unpleasant. Clearly cooked ahead of time and reheated. Our waiter was inattentive and as we left, he was chatting with coworkers near the exit and did not acknowledge our departure.
This is simple stuff to get right.

Best calamari I have ever had! Very tender and nice and spicy! My main course was the shrimp scampi. The shrimp were big and tender. I was happy to see the shrimp came cleaned! The sauce was nice and garlicky and not too heavy on the wine sauce. My wife enjoyed her meatball ricotta pizza, she subbed out the red sauce for garlic oil. The only two negative things I have to say is the bread is not fresh like most restaurants, it is sliced regular store bought. Also the mozzarella sticks were good flavor wise but they were obviously frozen because the cheese did not pull apart. It was more like a breaded string cheese stick. Mary was a great waitress! Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

This restaurant was overall very good. Me and my husband both received the chicken parmigiana which was quite tasty. The appetizer was just a little on the dry side, nothing some dipping sauce couldn’t fix. The staff were very attentive and kind with a good atmosphere that feels very homey.

I found the Chateau restaurant absolutely fantastic! I’ve gone there now a couple of times with die hard Italians. I’m 100%, cook very good And I know good food when I taste it! The service was absolutely phenomenal both times and I plan to go far more often. I was really thrilled with the service. The food was far better than I imagined. Truly it’s fresh food and done right. I have been hearing mixed reviews on The Chateau and I can tell you from a true Italian this is very good food!

My niece, from Utah, wanted to send me a “comfort meal”, and surprised me with a full dinner (DoorDash) from the Chateau. It started with Italian wedding soup which was awesome. (I make it and it was better than mine). So tasty…meatballs plentiful. Then to a Caesar salad….excellent….I saved some, as it was plentiful. Next was the generous portion of rigatoni, and it was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Garlic bread was really tasty. My dessert of lemoncello cake….yikes!!! Amazing. All of the portions were substantial, the food was cooked, packaged and prepared perfectly, and I highly recommend the Chateau. Looking forward to another meal there.
