Found this place in late January & it has become our lunch counter of choice! The sandwiches are phenomenal! I have had the Italian, the Reuben, and my favorite is the Betty Brown Bag Special, which is always a surprise! Really good cheddar broccoli soup – thick & creamy, not flour paste. Can’t recommend the Goose enough.

Fantastic, we will be back! Had the chile cheese and fries, boyfriend had the classic turkey. We’re both very happy. Love the food, the prices are spot on and everyone there is so nice and cheerful. Love the theme too, the carry out bags and the sandwich papers all match and are very nice. My request for no onions was not at all an issue, the order was repeated back to us once when ordering and once when picked up which is a rarity anymore. The food is delicious, staff is great and such an upgrade from the less than delightful restaurant that was in that location prior. Thank you!

Delicious sandwiches and fries for a great price. Excellent quality meat and worth every penny! We tried their take on the Philly, fries, and Pikes Peak Prickly Pear soda. Absolutely wouldn’t change a thing!

I wish I could give more stars!!! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We first visited the shop when they were located in the church street market and knew when we first visited that this place was special. Today we had a takeout order with “sammiches”- (the Italian, and a Betty’s Brown Bag). We also ordered both the regular fries, and the truffle fries. We honestly did not have high expectations for the fries since takeout fries are normally cold and soggy. Not these!! They were delicious, crispy, and light- the truffle fries being the favorite of the two. The “sammiches” as they are listed on the menu were panini style on a perfectly toasted bread slice. The meat was piled high and super fresh. High quality ingredients. The Betty’s BB had a yummy relish/jam on it with a generous portion of ham, red onion, and a thick slice of cheese. Absolutely delicious! The takeout containers/bag had a vintage Victorian aesthetic and was obviously packed with care. I truly hope more people stop in and try this establishment!!! It is a keeper!!!!

This has become one of my favorite places in Edgewood. The customer service is great. The sammiches are amazing. The fries are always made fresh. The mozzarella sticks are completely homemade. 🙂 Stop in and give ’em a try! 🙂
