Pathetic food and management. I visited Carnival for their Iftar buffet and was deeply disappointed. Most of the food was served cold and the taste was generally poor. To make matters worse, several dishes mentioned on the menu were completely missing.
The only highlights were the finger fish and prawns, and a few of the desserts were decent. However, the lack of management was obvious; it felt disorganized and not worth the price.

I went there two days ago at sehri time. First thing first, the main thing food was extremely bad, smelly, pathetic service nothing to was properly available. At this point, they should actually just shut down their restaurant and stop giving people such a bad taste in gulberg area. 0 star for everything since i cannot give it so m writing it down here. There was no refills at all. Chefs were on their mobiles sitting down and nobody was preparing food after sometime thats why the food was empty in the cloch . Will never visit it again . Bye

Had an amazing buffet experience! The spread was incredible, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste bud. The food was fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully. Service was top-notch. However, the dining area felt a bit cramped, would’ve loved more space to move around. Definitely a must-visit for any foodie, just be prepared for a cozy setup!”

Went for Hi-Tea. Staff is not well trained. They need to seriously improve their customer service. Staff is very rude and not professional. Plates were not clean. Table was not balanced. They served sugar in cup. Most of the items were cold. Prawns and Chinese were good. Rest of the items were average. Not recommended.

Went there despite reading bad reviews, and here I’m to second that. Yup, the food is bad shadeed namkeen, tasteless. Menu is very basic yet wasn’t upto the mark taste wise.
Atmosphere and ambiance wise just okay, service was good though compared to the rest.
Lift malfunctioned with a passenger stuck in it. So use stairs if you plan tp go there.
Overall, trust the low rating. It’s a one timer to say the least.

The worst experience I had. I had a booking here which I made 6 hours prior to the slot. When I arrived I got a seating for 3 people right next to the kitchen window and I cant even explain about the smell at that table. It felt like I am sitting in a slaughter house. When asked to change the seat they just said THIS IS ALL WE HAVE.

The place is a bit congested but a good for families as Ive experienced that most of the families were their. We were welcome by the staff on the 2nd floor. The tables, interior and everything was neat and clean. There was no smell or anything.
The staff was very kind and professional. I’ve asked them that the pizza is not there. Not only they arranged it, but the staff arrives at our table and served it as you all know buffet is self service.
I like their method of serving drinks 1st is mint margarita as an starter, in mid they will ask for drinks. And at the end, they are serve tea. I hate most of the time to be in line for taking tea so it’s a 100% for tea.

CHINESE / ASIAN
Everything expects chowmein was perfect specially chicken shashlik..
ITALIAN:
White sauce pasta was the best an other items as well.
DESI:
Beef korma, chicken gandi, biryani, tikka, Hari chicken gandi was amazing. The score goes to gulabi kabab it was having a unique taste of roses + steam chicken, the look was like it’s not cooked but it’s the best item their.
SWEETS:
Chocolate fountain’s chocolate sauce was good but not the bun on which we were soaking the sauce. Jelly, custard and trifle was amazing. I just tried coffee pastry, and it was like it’s expired. I asked the staff and again, the removed it Nd brings the fresh. I was full but other members tried it and they said it’s fresh..
So overall under this price, it’s worth it. But if you’re like a person for having a classy environment then don’t go their. If you want more items then don’t go their. Otherwise it’s awesome.
