Went through the drive through and they told me to pull up for my food, so I did and waited for 25 minutes, and after she brings someone else’s order out I was asked what am I waiting for, so I told them my order, and the food was cold, like they forgot all about me. This place gets worse and worse every time I go.

The employees couldn’t care less. If you are going to eat here, do a mobile order at least 20 minutes ahead. If you don’t, you’ll get there and still wait for 20 minutes.

They didn’t salt the fries… How do you forget to salt the fries? Waited until we got home for salt, huge mistake, they got cold.
Our order was incorrect, 2 meals, 1 coke 1 tea and a shake. She added the shake to a meal. We couldn’t get anyones attention so no tea.

The Mccrispy sandwich was not made the way it was supposed to be and the fish sandwich was sloppy with a squirt of sauce but the fries were good … Half of the drinks were out.

The workers act as if the customers owe them something. They are always rude, and never have a smile on their faces. They also have the nerve to get mad at the customer because they made a mistake on your food. This location needs an entire new crew. Customer service is nowhere on their mind. They will not get another dime of my money.

Every time I go to this location the employees act as if they don’t want to be there and most definitely don’t want you there. No one is ever at the counter and when asking for help ordering today, the manager rolled their eyes and turned away. I had asked politely and I waited a minute or two, but it was clear no one cared to come to the counter. So I left without being able to place my order. I understand restaurants get busy, I understand having to wait, but being outright ignored and treated rudely is unacceptable and reflects poorly on this location.

Terrible service. Dined in. Ordered food from app. (3 kids meals and a meal for myself) Food came at a reasonable amount of time. But, the workers seem to ignore customers. Accidentally gave us 3 apple slices when we ordered extra fries. A
