Ordered online on our way back in from our dive and it was ready within 2 minutes of showing up at window. Burgers were good! Bacon was thick and fries were hot! It it the spot after a long morning of diving.

We arrived around 1:00 pm after ordering online for 11 people. Thought a heads up would be appreciated since we were a larger party, but unfortunately, the food truck isn’t notified by the online ordering system.
The woman working was very kind but seemed a bit stressed by our larger party. The fryer wasn’t even turned on yet which wasn’t a great sign at 1:00 pm since the hours said they opened at 7:00 am. We reassured her multiple times, but I believe rushing a bit trying to complete orders affected the food quality. Some of our orders were missing components that were on the menu, fries were undercooked, and it took about 30 min to get all of our food, a couple orders coming out every 10 min or so. Overall, everything was good but not excellent.

I’m not the type to complain, but I worked at fast food place before and been in other customer service stores If I could give a zero to this food truck business I would. I just got back from scuba diving and went to order some food before my second dive I had 20 min I politely asked the guy that I only had a certain amt of time and had to leave in 15 -20 min he gave me a dirty look and said you should have ordered ahead… umm sir I don’t live in the area, and never had anyone ever tell me after I just got out of the water to order an hr ahead…. An hr ahead? shouldn’t take an hr to make some tacoes. I’m in the customer service field and he absolutely had zero customer service and was rude. After paying for my order giving him benefit of the doubt I decided I’d ask the people around me how long they have waited for thru borders since they got there before me they answered 35 … 35 min and there was only 3 of us inline… again in my experience getting your food from a food truck or any fast food place takes no longer than 10-20 min max. And that’s when they’re slammed with orders , then I asked one of the scuba diving instructors that lives local how long it typically takes to get his food? He said he has to put an hr ahead and still doesn’t get it. Idk why this guy is in business if he can’t provide quality customer service to his customers , and it takes him an hr or more to get ppls orders out. I never got my food and had to leave early bc he was taking so long. Unacceptable. I end up dealing with my bank for the refund as he was refusing to give me one. Hope this to be a learning lesson for him to take his job a little more seriously and get orders out faster bc In the real world he would be fired and this would be unacceptable. There are ppl that pay good bucks to support his business the least he can do it give them good customer service.

The food was good and the staff was friendly, told me I could easy on the water in the back of the resort, which was great!!! Definitely liked the tropical style on the food

We ordered food at 12:15 pm and we havent received the food even the day – we received it the next day without any apologize or discount, and even though we stayed like a minute walk from the foodtruck, we had to come there and ask for it again

Went for breakfast. The order kiosk outside allows for variations but it wasn’t picked up by the staff. Eggs were not cooked enough, hash browns uneatable and cheese was added when the order didn’t call for it. Will not visit again.
