Honestly, there are no words to describe it.
The chef and the entire staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do.
As for the food…. The flavors are simply unique. Every bite is a masterclass.
The truth is that if you think you’ve had great sushi in Greece but haven’t been to Sousimou yet, you simply haven’t experienced the real thing.
The vibe was good, I did feel a little bit like I was in Japan.

All the fish are super fresh and high quality. The tastes of everything were amazing, and it really feels like you are in Japan for almost 2 hours.
The crew of the place are super nice, and the head chef is great and professional.
If you love sushi, this is the place for you in Athens.

Everyone working there was welcoming and kind, from the chef himself to everyone on staff, they seemed to take a justified pride in the food and be happy to see you enjoy it.
