We’ve traveled the world and eaten in some amazing places but our Anniversary dinner here last evening was one of the best we’ve ever had! Too often at high end restaurants they exude an heir of snobbishness, but not here. They made us feel so incredibly welcome from the very moment we stepped inside. Everyone from the gals at the front desk to the servers, whose main job is to keep your water glass filled, were friendly and professional. Our table was romantically decorated with rose petals, confetti hearts and a Happy Anniversary card from the staff.

We started our meal with the lobster bisque which was delightfully creamy and loaded with chunks of sweet lobster. Be sure to have them drizzle some sherry on it for you. It brings out the sweetness and is the perfect added touch.

I had the 10 oz filet mignon that literally melted in my mouth. I added Bernaise sauce on the side, because, well, it was a special occasion. There’s no doubt that it’s made in-house as it was rich and buttery and had just the right amount of zip from the tarragon and vinegar. I could drink it by the shot glass full. HA HA!

Hubby had the 9 oz lobster tail special. It was beautifully presented and tasted like a high end lobster should taste…simply delicious.

We were all prepared to order dessert when our server delivered a beautifully garnished plate with a small cheesecake, a decadent, fudgy chocolate cake and fresh sweet berries. A gift to celebrate our special day.

All of this would have made our evening truly memorable but then there was our server, Jesus. He went over and above to make our evening one we’ll treasure for years to come. His professionalism was over the top but it’s his personable manner that made us feel like we were dining with a friend who wanted us to feel special and comfortable. We so enjoyed him and look forward to coming back again. Jesus made our evening so special we’d actually called ahead to reserve a table on a night when he’s there.

Whoever hired him must know that you truly hired a gem! He’s a valuable asset for your establishment. Thanks for a beautiful evening. We’ll definitely be back!

We truly enjoy dining at The Capital Grille, especially for special occasions like New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, this visit was a bit different from our usual experiences. Although we had a reservation, the restaurant was running behind—which we understand can happen on a busy night—and the wait was not too long. However, once we were seated, we were disappointed to be placed at an outdoor table that had not been used before our arrival, especially as the evening grew colder.

Our server was very kind and professional, but she let us know right away that the kitchen was extremely backed up and suggested we order our appetizers and entrées at the same time because of the long wait times. On such a major holiday, this raised concerns about overall preparation and management, as we would expect the restaurant to be fully staffed and ready to handle the volume of guests.

That said, we made the best of the evening and were not in a rush. Most importantly, the food itself was excellent and met the high standards we’ve come to expect from The Capital Grille. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we truly value this restaurant and look forward to a smoother experience on our next visit.

We went there to celebrate my birthday. Capital Grille was so welcoming and made my evening special. Anna, our waitress was sweet, friendly and so attentive. She made our visit quite pleasant. I had the filet minion and my wife the grill salmon. The food as always was made perfectly tasty and delicious . A great place to enjoy a lovely dinner with a love one.

This restaurant is full of great choices on the menu and their steak is to die for! You can tell how fresh everything was! I ordered the plate option which gave you an option of soup or salad and then choice of entree. I ordered the steak and frites. The soup was great (NE Clam chowder) and the fries are fried in duck fat and are delicious! The portion size is generous and I was unable to finish my entire meal. The atmosphere was amazing and our server was so talented he treated us well and provided EXCELLENT service!

Weylin was our server, Alex was also our server but I saw Weylin more. Weylin is very funny. Very attentive as well! All the steaks were great. My salmon was a little overcooked but it wasn’t a problem, my salad had enough dressing to wet it. Oh also the calamari needed salt.

From the moment I walked in, everything at The Capital Grille was top-tier. The food was beautifully presented and even better tasting—rich flavors and cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding, attentive without being overbearing, and made the entire experience feel special. The atmosphere was elegant, warm, and perfect for a night out. This dinner made our weekend. At first, I was against going, but after we walked in, the atmosphere was just right. However, when Jon found out we hadn’t been before, he made sure we enjoyed our meal. His recommendations were perfect for us. The ribeye was the best but the Brussel sprouts were surprisingly tasty. Maybe it was a hoisin sauce? The scallops were also a hit. Finally, the flourless coffee chocolate cake and the coconut cream pie were spectacular. Thanks for the great evening Jon, and thanks to

In New York, I often go to The Capital Grille in the Chrysler Building. It is my favorite.

Saw it today at UTC shopping center. The restaurant still has an elegant atmosphere. We ordered salmon and mini tenderloin sandwiches. The taste and quality of the food were impeccable. The waiters were friendly . We will be back again.

I was proposed to at this restaurant two years ago. We celebrated our anniversary here Saturday night. They set the table with confetti and brought out a special plate of desserts at the end for us. The food was amazing. I ordered the scallops and my husband ordered the lamb. Both were awesome but the lamb was the best. Our waiter was Jesus and he was very attentive and kind. We will definitely visit again.
