My husband and I came to The Capital Grille for a special celebration, and our server George B. truly made the night unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, celebrated, and completely taken care of. Every single recommendation George made from appetizers to entrées were spot on. You could tell he genuinely cared about creating a great experience, not just a meal. His attention to detail, timing, and warm personality made the night feel effortless.

It’s rare to have service this exceptional, and George absolutely elevated our celebration. We will 100% be asking for him again on our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Absolutely loved it here! The atmosphere is gorgeous—bright, airy, and just really inviting. Talking with the staff was such a pleasure; everyone was so friendly and easygoing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And the food? Fantastic. Every dish we had was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It felt like a meal that was carefully thought out and executed without being over-the-top. Sitting there, enjoying the atmosphere and chatting with the staff while eating amazing food made for a really memorable outing. I’d go back in a heartbeat—whether for a special night out, a casual meal with friends, or just to treat myself. Everything clicked: great food, wonderful staff, and a beautiful space to enjoy it all.

First time here and they made you feel like you’re the only table in the place, every one is so attentive and friendly, food was incredible and the dessert was amazing. We had the Tina tartar, lobster bisque, filets, mashed potatoes and the asparagus

OMG, had a wonderful experience and my first time going to this restaurant. My anniversary was excellent and this restaurant, George and the manager Tim made it even more special. My husband made the reservation and George took it from there. I was greeted with a red long stem rose and card that welcomed us to our anniversary dinner. The table was filled with hearts and I felt overwhelmed with joy and so much emotion that I cried. George came and gave us the opportunity to reset and not only shared in our experience but made it even better with his knowledge and just overall joyful attitude.The food and drinks were excellent. I had the Butternut Squash Bisque . Wedge with Blue Cheese, and the Sliced Filet Mignon with onions & wild mushrooms too which I highly recommend. It was cooked just right and the flavors were kicking.
My husband had the Roasted Chicken Brest with Parmesan Risotto that he stated was just as awesome… Tim the manager came and checked on us and offered even more to make our day over the Top. We must return.

It was good! Great food. The only thing I did not like… the other servers were giving their tables a rose and warm towels after their meal (Valentine’s Day) but our server did not do any of those “extra” things. If one server is doing it, they all should, because I expected it but was bummed to not receive it. It made me wish we had a different server who was more thoughtful.

Came here for my anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint! Our dinner was absolutely delicious and the filet mignon was by far the juiciest steak that I have had in a long time. The service was impeccable. Our waitress, Brynn, was the most personable and kind hearted soul. She was absolutely amazing and I would come here time and time again just for her! Thank you, for such a wonderful evening! We will definitely be back!

I took my daughter to dinner here on Monday. Nicole waited on us. She was absolutely wonderful pleasant wonderful to talk with the atmosphere was beautiful. The food was fantastic. My daughter and I both had to Seabass. We had the brussels sprouts which is one of the best I’ve ever had And I had to crème brûlée for dessert. She had the cheesecake and it was delicious. Thank you Nicole for the great wonderful service.
