Amazing food and service! The chicken & mushroom risotto was amazing! I especially liked the risottto! The French onion cup was so tasty too! Also the complimentary bread was amazing! The service was incredible and the staff made me and my girlfriend feel so special for our anniversary! They decorated our table for us and gave us a nice dessert on the house! Highly recommend this place to others!

We had an incredible lunch experience today at the Paramus location. My wife and I had a few cocktails along with the 8oz filet and could not have been happier. This place had really stepped up the service and experience overall. The “In Fashion” was delicious, the espresso martinis were perfect. The star of the day however was our server Crystal G. She was the most attentive and respectful waitress we have had in years, after dining at various restaurants. She made sure we had everything and spoke to us with such a high level of confidence, respect and ensured our experience was exactly as it should be. Will return very soon!

The food here was AMAZING. The tomahawk steak… wow. it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The lobster tail literally melted in my mouth — super tender and very flavorful.
And if you’re only getting one drink, make it the mojito. The mojito was fantastic and definitely gets you feeling nice
Service was okay — we only saw our waitress about twice and had to ask other waiters for refills or to find her. But overall, the food and the experience were still fantastic. I’d definitely come back!

My first time here and not gonna be the last!! Everything was amazing and “ABBY” takes it to the next level. I enjoyed every single bite from the beginning to the end. Will definitely be coming back here again and again to explore the rest of the menu. 100 out of 10 for me.

This dining experience was really refined and elevated. The venue has this very 1950s 1960s classic Manhattan vibe to it with smooth jazz playing in the background. It’s refined but not pretentious. Our waitress was really the highlight of the experience. Her name was Abby and she really made this a fun lunch for the two of us. We operate a restaurant intend to find ourselves being a little critical when we go out to eat, but this experience checked off all our boxes and we took it to. The next level truly was the level of service we received from Abby. I will definitely come back and check the spot out again it was my first time and certainly not my last.

Absolutely love The Capital Grille! We’ve used the private room for business dinners, and also enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar. In addition, a friend and I celebrated the completion of our graduate school studies here. Fine dining at its best. This restaurant is a must try. Perfect for a romantic night out or any celebration. The service was outstanding and the food, I mean it was perfection. My bf had steak and said it was to die for lol The drinks made very well, string the way I like. 10/10 spot , will definitely return.

when they burnt my steak the short manager with the eye glasses came over to see what’s wrong but i didn’t finish what I want to say and he walked away. It’s surprising that Some employees have attitude.
The right toilet in the men’s bathroom doesn’t work which is weird for a high end restaurant.

This is a slightly upscale steakhouse for a mall setting. I’ve always had a positive experience at a Capital Grille, regardless of the location. The restaurant and bar were more crowded than I would have expected for a weeknight. I recommend a reservation. The menu is not huge, but doesn’t need to be. The steaks are the main attraction and we’re cooked precisely. The bacon appetizer was a great addition. Be aware anything with sauce (bacon appetizer) is not gluten free. If that’s a concern be sure to let your waiter know. The only minor knock I have is that the restaurant seemed loud for the high priced atmosphere. I’m sure this varies depending on the crowd size. Maybe having tables separated by dividers could help.

We made the reservation over the phone and told them that today is our anniversary, when we arrived we found that they prepared a romantic table for us with cute red hearts on it and also an envelope with a congratulatory message from the restaurant.
As for the food, the beat salad was delicious and fresh and I liked the special thing that they put pistachios in it. The Mac & cheese was average for me, I felt that it lacked a little salt. The steak was really delicious. Service 10/10, the waitress who was with us was very nice and respectful. The place is elegant and I recommend it to celebrate any occasion or for a romantic dinner.
Oh finally before I forget, when we finished eating and ordered the dessert menu, our waitress brought the dessert plate in the picture and presented it to us as hospitality. It was very nice.
