First time stopping in. We were assisted right away. Good drink selection including THC drink options. We got the wings with fries and crab cakes, some wine and a THC lemonade. The wings were good and well seasoned, the crab cakes were ok but could have used more sauce. The THC drink on the other hand was light and because ive had alot, i probably wouldnt waste my money again. The music alone had me going though, its definitely a locals spot and a place you can feel comfortable. We will try to go back to review the dinner food soon. The server we got was as sweet as can be and we heard there is live music which i cant wait to experience.

Stopped in at The Camden Social just to check it out on a Thursday night. The vibes were perfection. Live R&B/Soul music, fantastic cocktails, and wings that are to die for. Staff are good people and good at their jobs. ❤️

I would definitely recommend this as a good place to hang out for those looking for a classy place over North, especially on Sundays when they have jazz music along with their brunch, which my friend and I have experienced last weekend. I have been there twice so far, and experiences have been positive.
The highlight is all the meat, from the fried chicken in the BLT to the catfish with grits, and even to the jumbo shrimps included in the brunch shrimp & grits dish. The wings were also seasoned very well on the outside, while retaining the juiciness inside. When my partner and I went there on Juneteenth for lunch, the food presentation was better (croquettes, catfish, fried chicken BLT, and the bread pudding), which was just my neutral observation.
I didn’t think that the shrimp & grits had enough grits, especially because it had a lot of shrimp, which contributed to me finishing the dish in 2 minutes. This may not be a problem for most people, though, as I have heard about more people elsewhere having issues with not having enough shrimp.
Sometimes the arugula, which was more of a garnish already, seemed unnecessary, such as from the biscuits & gravy in the photo, one cab tell that even for garnish, they’re just kind of there with no other purpose and didn’t really contribute to the presentation, while on the smoked salmon croquettes, which looked like the arugula contributed to the appearance, the arugula seemed to be more useful.
Comparatively, the food I had from lunch on Juneteenth was better than what I had for brunch last Sunday. I saw on another review that they have just hired a new cook. Not sure if that contributed to any of what I have mentioned, but just wanted to share. Regardless of such, I would still, like I said in the beginning, recommend this spot to all that wish to gather in a classy place over North in the Camden, Victory, or Lind-Bohanon neighborhood!

I really love the vibe at the Camden Social, a variety of food and beverages, so far the breakfast is my favorite meal there. I didn’t care for the salmon, drinks are always off the chart kind of good. However, my favorite times there are for the live music, with a mature audience that appreciates this rare quality. I must mention that the owners are kind and interact with grace. Oh there are also special cigars available and a cigarden patio section.

The food and cocktails are delicious and unique. We ordered the wings and they were AMAZING. Crispy, seasoned, and hot. The ranch and bleu cheese are very good. Everything is clearly cooked to order and with love from the kitchen. It’s not fast, and it’s a little pricey, but the food and drinks are elevated and WORTH the cost. I really love the music, wall art, plants and the vibe. The bathroom is thoughtful with rolled hand towels, good smelling soap and lotion available. It’s a great little local restaurant, cocktail bar, and lounge! They don’t have a ton of vegan options but there are 4 clearly labels vegan items and others could probably be manipulated.
Huge bonus to us that they have “social hour” on Wednesday from 3-10pm, Thursday & Friday 3-6pm AND daily cocktail and food specials!

Overall the atmosphere is amazing. However my most recent experience was not a good one. The smoked salmon croquettes was a disappointment, they weren’t seasoned and spring salad had no dressing. The Midwestern was not prepared well and it also lacked seasoning as well. Our food was given to the wrong person and some at the table didn’t receive their food. Our server was overwhelmed she was frustrated and not approachable. The live music and drinks were amazing just a few tweeks with the cook and servers would be great.

Entered and was warmly greeted by the host. I ordered the Camden wings, Camden burger, and the caramel cake. Caramel cake was the highlight of my meal. The warm, soft, and sweet cake paired well with the ice cream. The caramel sauce was great too, truly an excellent dessert. Camden wings and burger were good. Atmosphere is solid here too.

Nice hidden gem. This was my first time here and will definitely be back! Food, atmosphere, and service mostly 5/5. Me and my husband came here on a Saturday afternoon during their brunch special for our anniversary and when we first stepped in there was a live jazz band playing, an area where you can buy cigars, and just a nice chill/classy vibe. Beautiful art on the walls and nice dim light to set the tone. They also set some pretty roses on our table specially for us since it was our anniversary so I thought that was very sweet of them as well. All of the workers are very nice and hospitable, the only thing I would say is our server took quite a while to come back after they brought our food and I really needed some syrup. All of the food was almost gone by the time they came back though because it was so good lol. I ordered biscuits and gravy and French toast. So delicious!!! The food presentation was great too!!!

We came here for a quick drink before date night dinner. The drinks were strong and the dip was m good. Parking was a bit interesting because we had to park a block away and you have to enter through the back entrance. Overall it seemed like a good vibe.
