Product Quality and Value Concerns

Overall, my experience at Freddy’s has been mixed. While the employees generally appear friendly and courteous, I am uncertain whether customer concerns would be meaningfully addressed if an issue were raised.

My primary concern is food quality and value. The chicken is inconsistent and often has an off or unpleasant taste. More often than not, I leave regretting the purchase, which is not acceptable for a restaurant operating at this price point.

The fries are well-prepared, but they are heavily processed, unhealthy, and overpriced. Quite frankly, I can prepare better fries at home using fresh potatoes and basic seasoning at a fraction of the cost. At present, the only consistently enjoyable items appear to be the fries and ice cream, both of which are priced at a premium.

This raises a broader concern regarding the business model. When core menu items lack consistency and value, while only select side items perform well, it undermines customer confidence and long-term loyalty.

Based on consistency, quality, and overall value, this experience warrants a one-star rating. I hope corporate leadership takes this feedback seriously and evaluates product standards, pricing strategy, and quality control across locations.

The reviews don’t lie. If there’s one thing Freddy’s is consistent at across states, it’s terrible service.

I pulled up and there was only one person in line in front of me. I ordered a plain burger, a smash burger taco, and an Oreo ice cream sandwich. The wait in the drive-thru was about 10 minutes.

When I got my bag, I had to park and go inside because my order was wrong—which is especially annoying considering the wait. The taco had nothing on it but cheese and meat, which is not how it’s advertised. My plain burger had cheese on it, and the ice cream was already melted, like it had been sitting out.

I should have made them take everything back, but I just asked for the burger to be refunded. I told Jae’ona what happened, and she took the receipt and burger to the back. There was no apology for the issue.

Another employee, who I believe was Leticia, came up and asked about the issue. I explained that I needed a refund because I didn’t have time to wait for a new burger to be made. They claimed they were backed up and doing their best, and that I would also have to wait to get a refund.

I contested this and told them they needed to do something immediately. They finally sent a manager out, who stared me down as if she had a problem with the fact that they made the order wrong and I wanted a refund.

I saw this place as I drove to tires Plus across the street. It looked clean and like a fun place. I waited till they opened for lunch. I’d been thinking of the frozen custard and steakburger sign. I went in and ordered … Yep you guessed it a delicious fried fish sandwich and some piping hot tatortots a Pepsi and a shake. It was pricey but it was good. The whole crew was friendly especially the cashier. Thanks everyone

Floors and Bathroom were absolutely filthy, no paper towels, soap dispenser broken and toilet was nasty with stuff in it. You can tell there is not a trained manager on duty. Addressed the issues with staff, with a laugh and apology it was cleaned up and the poor Amazon driver that had to deal with the banging on the door until he came out. Nice work! Probably why this location doesn’t stay busy.

Freddy’s does not disappoint and todays visit was no different. Great patty melt and hot crispy fries with the perfect amount of salt. The food was quickly served exactly as expected. The only issue I had today was the employee who took my order was just going through the motions and her attitude was one that she was not happy to be there. All the other staff was rocking and rolling getting the orders out so kudos to them.

Food was AMAZING!! Best fries in the whole WORLD. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They may have gotten our order wrong but they were swift and so great fixing it at no extra charge. They were very patient with us and we did not feel rushed. If you’re hungry and want some good food COME HERE!! 11/10 Will definitely come again.

Very disappointing. Went to drive thru and literally sat there for 10 min and no one came to the speaker and there were cars behind me, as well. Decided to go inside and asked one of the employees cleaning if they were open and he said yes we are. Go to the counter and again no one shows up. Not sure what was going on there tonight, not acceptable.

We went to Freddie’s first time ever. My daughter had to use the bathroom and it was filthy and gross. We order #1 meal for dine in. Overall, the burger was good and we liked the fries. I think tables could be more clean and the restaurant was lit busy just lit clean for dine in. I will come back most likely but drive thru.
