It is a beautiful location in nice weather. We visited this weekend. The bartender was very nice. However, Reception and Servers were no friendly at all. They did not smile and unwelcome toward customers. We all were very disappointed. The food were average. Also it is over price. The device time was extremely slow. It took about 30 mins from ordering to receiving our plates. The sever brought a wrong menu. I do not recommend this place for service

We had lunch at The Calcutta Grill on our anniversary, which made the experience especially disappointing.
We were a party of five — four adults and one baby with a stroller — but we were seated at a small square table that could only comfortably fit four people. The baby had to stay behind us, and there was no proper space to place a high chair or stroller, even though there were plenty empty seats / bigger table available. We did not feel welcomed or accommodated.
The view is beautiful, which is probably the highlight of the restaurant, but unfortunately the food itself was just average and did not stand out.

Went for the amazing views, and the food did not disappoint either. We ordered the chicken wings and Cajun pasta, and both were very flavorful. The service was alright overall.

Ranking 5 stars on the view alone. The beauty of Seattle, Mercer Island and Bellevue is fabulous.
The waitress was thoughtful and excellent at her work. 5 Stars.The soup was filled with fresh vegetables and beans and so flavorful!
This was lunchtime, hardly any customers and reservations were made. Yet the wait was unnecessary. Host: 2-3 stars
Looking forward to revisiting when the remodeling in the middle of the restaurant is complete. Not going to provide stars. Will rank next time I visit.

Went here for brunch. The restaurant and the patio is absolutely beautiful. Some of the best views in the city. The food was good. Maybe not the best you’ll ever have but pretty descent. The service was a bit slow on the patio.

I go up to the Newcastle golf course a lot to practice, and I saw this restaurant and mentioned it to my family we should check it out! The restaurant ended up being amazing and the food was great! Not to mention the beautiful views from the course. I would recommend this to anyone in the Newcastle area.

My daughter took me here for my Birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
Love this restaurant for the beautiful views and amazing food. We happen to be there during a bright blue sky day and right during the time of sunset we were blessed to watch it go down with beautiful bag pipes playing over the hills.
I Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions and date nights.
You can reserve your seating but outside seating is not promised so definitely ask when you get there and especially on a busy day. If there is a wait, it’s well worth it!❤️

Go for the views, not necessarily the food. The Pub burger was tasteless, though it was a nice presentation. Same with the fish and chips. Garlic parmesan french fries lacked any garlic flavor. However, the apple pomegranate salad was very good. Definitely recommend. The server was very nice and attentive.

You only come here for the views which are incredible. Food is okay, expensive as expected and took a while to get out. Reservations are only for indoors and for outdoor you still need to wait. On a sunny day ended up waiting around for that. Also not all spots outside had an umbrella so it could get hot. Drinks are reasonably priced. Staff is very polite but given them being absolutely it took a while to get the order in and food/drinks out.
Overall definitely would visit again but it’s only the view that seals the deal.
