I usually don’t write reviews, but the last couple of times I ordered here, everything kept going wrong. My last experience changed the way I think—management, Jordan, ensured that I got exactly what I want and ensured that it was delivered. He even called me to let me know the driver picked up and it should be on its way! This is because my order got a lost a few times. I thank him for going the extra mile even for just pizza.

Echoing a review from 5 months ago. I just got a pizza for delivery and it was delivered by door dash. The driver was foreign and spoke little English so complaining to him was pointless. He seemed nice but approached holding the pizza In his bag like he was out for a nice stroll on Rodeo Drive and was carrying all the items he just bought as vertically as possible and swinging them around. I told him it was a pizza before he even got to me and he just nodded and smiled and said “yeah”. He set in on the outside table and I opened it quickly so he could understand why you don’t hold a pizza that way. Of course it was all bunched up to one side in the box and he said “sorry”. Luckily it wasn’t too messed up, but it’s pretty ridiculous that even though it was door dash, a grown human being didn’t understand to not hold a pizza vertically.

Ordered at 3:30, requested delivery at 6. Called 3 times, last time at 6:45 to ask what’s going on. Jamie, the manager, was nice as was the driver but whoever is in charge of the Nolensville location needs to have a course in customer service. Wanted to try something different than Marcos (who is ALWAYS in time). Pizza was great so maybe just pick it up next time.

Ordered pizza several months ago. It was left on our doorstep with no doorbell ring, knock, or text. Pizza was cold by the time we found it. OK, fine, called to let them know manager said they had trouble with 3rd party drivers. I get it. They offered a free replacement next time. Great, no problem.
So a few weeks later we decided to take them up on the free pizza and add a couple of sides. We called and let them know we had a free pizza and was informed that they were out of the primary topping for this specific specialty pizza. OK, fine I said, just give us a different pizza. Employee said he couldn’t do that so, asked to speak with the manager. Manager refused to get on the phone, and told the employee we could either get the specialty pizza without the primary topping or call another time.
I mean really? At this point I just asked for my money back on the original order, and won’t bother ordering again. Nice way to lose a customer and a sale by being obstinate. Maybe invest in some customer service training?

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but this is the second awful experience at this location in the past month. We ended up having to cancel our order after waiting over 1.5 hours and getting the run around on the phone. The manager told me they “handed our pizzas over to DoorDash” with no tracking number or contact information. The order never showed. I had to call Amex to cancel the charges.

Buyer beware, they use a third party delivery service “doordash” that has little to no accountability. We ordered delivery, an hour later we are handed two wrong pies. Was issued a refund. Returning to Jets as they employ their own drivers.

Quality control is important. My son has a corn allergy and papa johns pizza with their 3-cheese blend is the only pizza & cheese we have found to be corn free. It was a huge disappointment when we opened this and saw they didn’t seem to put on more than a sprinkle of cheese. It was dry and with little to no cheese we ended up tossing this pizza. We have ordered this exact pizza at other papa johns locations and never had a problem. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing! Ordered twice and both times it was dry and over baked. The pizza was so hard I thought I might break a tooth. The BBQ chicken had no chicken on it. So sad as I always loved their pizza. The franchise owner may want to oversee quality control.

Worst Papa John’s I’ve visited. Pizza received was not what was ordered. It also looked like someone had dropped or flung the box. Pizza toppings were all over one side of the pizza, none on the other side. A bunch of young guys working there, standing around on their phones. Never again! By the way, this was during the week of March 30, early evening.
