Stopped here on a Friday night without a reservation, but we’re still sat right away. I utilize a service dog and they were quick to give us the accommodation we requested. Who has organic Sauvignon Blanc? This place does. I wasn’t hungry so just had the steak and pineapple kebabs which were delicious. Hubby was starving so he had the full on prime rib with a loaded baked potato. They easily accommodated both ends of the spectrum and we were both very happy. Andrew was doing double duty as manager and host. Server Donna kept things very evenly pasted. A great experience and would definitely return.

The butchery was delicious. The best meal I’ve had in years.
I had filet medallions with sea scallops, Bearnaise’ sauce, cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and thick asparagus. For Dessert I chose cream Brûlé with vanilla bean whipped cream and a raspberry. I highly recommend the Butchery! ⭐️

The cuisine offered a variety of delectable flavors, however, the quality of the steaks was uneven. One steak was excessively fatty, while the other was subpar. Fortunately, they managed to prepare one steak to perfection. The cornbread and green chili were particularly exceptional, serving as the highlight of my dining experience. This establishment would be an ideal choice for a first date or a special occasion. There is no formal dress code. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive.I would recommend calling in reservations to help the staff.

I love the food here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and reminds me of an old school steakhouse. The ribeye was outstanding and I dream about the us grating potatoes. The complimentary green chile cornbread is delicious – it’s like having dessert for dinner. Summer’s service was outstanding and her recommendation of the carrot cake was spot on. Having just recently moved to the area, we haven’t found a carrot cake nearly as good. We will be back. Their daily happy hour menu is well rounded and clearly loved by the locals since the parking lot literally starts to fill up right at 4 pm.

We have come here for our anniversary two years in a row and we have had Ryan as our server both times. Ryan has made both of our experiences amazing. The quality of food was great and worth what we paid. Our cocktails were also delicious. The lobster sauce is also amazing.

I hosted a work dinner in their back room and the room was perfect, nice and quiet. Summer was excellent as a waitress. She kept your tight schedule to reduce interruptions but keep things moving and Karen was easy to work with to book the reservation. Thank you so much!

Anniversary meal. Looks upscale, but a nice laid back approach. Tasty steaks and desserts. Nice whiskey menu ,including Colorado-local offerings.
The green chili corn bread is delicious (included with your meal).
Service was a plus.

We had a fabulous experience and meal here. Summer is an amazing server! She’s attentive, kind and funny. She was patient as my husband had several questions for her. The tallow candle and cheese board was wonderful with so many fun cheeses and fruit. My filet mignon was cooked exactly how I wanted it and so delicious. My husband really enjoyed his steak as well. He ordered the old fashion and said it was one of the best he’s ever had!

Dined here on a Friday night and was amazed at the service! Andrew was an awesome waiter. He was quick, kind, and made us feel very special. He recommended some amazing meal choices and made sure we chose the best of the best. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a date night out and make sure to say hi to Andrew!

A major letdown, the menu looks very good however the food that came out was warm at best. Our waitress Johnny while appears nice seems directionless when moving about the restaurants. We got our Shirley temples 30 minutes after we sat down. It took her almost 15 minutes to take our entire order. By the time our appetizer arrived it was luke warm at best. The bread with the spinach and artichoke dip was not fully toasted on half of the bread that came out. It was a great for our toddler to eat but not an adult.
We then waited another 40 minutes to have our entrees. Our toddler was by that time done, tired and no longer hungry. We arrived at 5:15 and didn’t eat until 6:27. That’s a long time for an adult to wait for entrees let alone a toddler. Our entrees were also luke warm yet again. While they did comp most of our ticket due to the inconsistencies, they did offer to throw in a couple desserts but we still had to wait another extra 15 minutes for those to be brought out. I feel like this place should be great, maybe we caught them on a terrible night.
