The Butcher’s Club is truly an elite dining experience. Every fine detail is thoughtful and intentional—from the ambiance to the service to the execution of each dish. You can immediately tell this is a place that takes pride in doing everything the right way.

The drinks were excellent, the Parker House rolls were unreal (perfect texture with rich, flavorful butter), and the jalapeño fritters were outstanding. The katsu sandwich was an absolute all-star, and the porterhouse was one of the best we’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. Sides like the mac and cheese and potatoes were just as impressive, and the chocolate profiterole was an amazing way to end the meal.

Service was fantastic across the board—our waiter Paul was phenomenal and made the night even better with great champagne to start the dinner! An exceptional experience from start to finish! Can’t wait to return!

Without a doubt, the best burger I have ever had….twice haha. We had a great privilege to take a staycation here at the PGA resort and on the first night had booked in at the butchers club. We had ordered a selection of food (steak, starters, whole roasted onion, salad, mash, etc) all of which was delicious however, the absolutely outstanding item was the burger with bacon jam. When I tell you this burger was life-changing. We came back from an event the next evening after having eaten dinner and still came back to have the burger again because it was so good. My fear was that it lived a perfect memory in my mind however, on the second time, it would not be as good however, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite all of what I ate before, it was still absolute perfection. The most perfect midnight snack if you will. I know hold all burgers to the standard and to be honest have yet to have another one as good. I have one favorite in New York City (from Manhatta) however this may be tied with their burger if not better. I recommend everything but you cannot miss ordering the burger. Cannot wait to return our waiter. Alex was absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely made our experience. Shout out also to Jolin who was able to fit us in on the second night. She exuded class and professionalism! We love all the staff there and can’t wait to return (and to devour yet another burger!)

Dining at The Butcher’s Table at PGA National was exceptional, but sitting at the bar with Matt turned it into something truly special.

From the moment we sat down, it was clear that Matt approaches hospitality as a craft, not a job. He was attentive without hovering, confident without ego, and incredibly knowledgeable. His recommendations — both cocktails and menu selections — were absolutely spot on and elevated the entire meal. Every suggestion felt intentional and perfectly matched to the cuisine.

What truly sets Matt apart is his passion. He spoke about inventing his own cocktails, clarifying bourbons, and constantly refining his techniques so that his bar program could stand at the same level of excellence as the kitchen. Watching him work was genuinely part of the experience. Each drink was balanced, thoughtful, and beautifully executed.

It’s rare to encounter someone who holds themselves to such a high standard and delivers it so effortlessly. Matt didn’t just make great drinks — he elevated the entire evening. PGA National is fortunate to have someone like him behind the bar, and we will absolutely be back because of the experience he creates.

During our stay at PGA National we grabbed diner here. Depending on the day you will need a reservation. We had a very pleasant experience and the wait staff was amazing. They have a different yet very good Caesar salad. Our main entre was very good and the steak cooked exactly the way we like it. The portions are enough for 2 people to share. We also got the cookie tray desert to take back to our room and it was delicious! The prices are what I expected for a restaurant owned by a successful Chief and in a resort location like PGA.

I was excited to try this place out and saw it was on the Michelin Guide.

While in town for work, I made a reservation to bring clients here. I definitely recommend doing reservations as the place was packed and time slots were getting booked. I went on a weekday night.

The biggest thing we noticed was the noise level, I’m not talking about music. I don’t think there was any music, but other customers. It was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other, we were screaming or could only talk to the person sitting next to us. I was a little embarrassed, not a great look for a business dinner.

Service was terrible the beginning of the night. I assume it was probably because it was so busy, he looked stressed. As people were leaving, our service got better.

Food was delicious, hands down 10/10. No complaints about the food! Everything we tried was great.

Overall, still a great place for food! Just be cautious if doing a business dinner here that it’s really loud and could be difficult to discuss business.

Probably the best food, service and atmosphere in a restaurant my wife and i have ever experienced. It was our first marriage anniversary and it couldn’t have been any better. Our server Tony was very attentive to detail and made our experience beyond amazing. The onion jam on the waygu steak burger was immaculate and the pistachio cake was to die for. Definitely will be returning for our second marriage anniversary!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a restaurant! Me and my boyfriend decided to eat here and sit at the bar and the bartender Paul was just so welcoming. Paul was very attentive while we were there and made the experience 100x better. We had such an amazing time and Paul was very descriptive with the menu and even with the food we ordered. The food was astronomical and everything came out perfect. This was by far the best restaurant I’ve been to. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff there were so nice and accommodating.

The Butcher’s Club in The Palm Beaches is a sleek, modern spot that really knows how to do steak right. The meat is cooked exactly how you like it—juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. We loved the famous Baby Lettuce Cesar Salad and Parker House Rolls. The Basque Cheesecake is seriously everything. The atmosphere feels elevated and relaxed, making it great for both date nights and group dinners. The staff is helpful and knows the menu well, especially when it comes to ingredients of every dish. If you’re looking for a solid steakhouse experience with a bit of flair, this place is definitely worth checking out.

This is an amazing dining experience! From the minute you arrive, the valet, hostess and service staff are genuinely happy to greet you and take care of you.

The restaurant inside the PGA Club is a modern sophisticated setting with soft lighting and warm wooden highlights.

The menu is diverse, and everything we tried was outstanding! Tony, our server, was a delight — well informed, friendly, efficient and humorous.

Although we initially planned to try one of their many steaks (it’s called the Butcher’s Club for a reason), after perusing the menu we settled on a different plan.

I started with the steak tartar, which was the best I have ever had. Smoothly chopped meat, seasoned with a spicy combination of ingredients: pickled ramps, gremolata, egg yolk, madeira espuma and truffle waffle fries. I followed with the grouper francaise, in a tangy lemon sauce with
brown butter, capers, hazelnuts, green beans. Amazing! The best ever!

My dining companion enjoyed a caesar salad and the truffle chicken. The chicken was moist with a slight taste of infused truffle butter. Black winter truffles are available as an extra, but she declined those (I would have added them if it was my dinner!)

The prices are high, but for special occasions, this is a special experience!

We came to meet with our friends for dinner . Service was very good when our server was with us. No special attention was provided. Drinks came after appetisers, but all the drinks that we ordered , were perfectly arranged and tasty!
Oysters were small and mediocre. Steak and experiences were outstanding!
As well as deserts delicious!
If in the area and love golfing, we would come back:)
