First timers here, visiting family living in Knoxville.
Onion Rings 8/10.
Burger 9/10.
Fish dinner 9/10.
Salad 8/10.
Josh, our server 10/10.
**Woman who very reluctantly brought us appetizer plates 0/10.
**She made sure to let us know (while momentarily withholding the plates), that they normally do not honor requests for appetizer plates, but basically, she was doing us a huge favor by giving them to us. Strangest comment ever from someone at a restaurant for such a normal request. And she gained nothing except leaving us wondering if would return.

About average as far as the burger went. Fish and chip we’re good but the $3 margaritas were the biggest disappointment. They have craft draft if your into it and the menu looked pretty expansive. I would go back but only to try something different.

So close to 5 star. I think we went on a bad night, but our waitress was slow to come to the table and forgot an oder we placed for onion rings (nothing special). I also ordered my burger with the egg scrambled instead of fried, but it came fried anyways. The burger was cooked medium-well to well done when I ordered it medium. I think this was mostly our waitresses fault since other waitresses kept checking on us and got us refills. I would definitely go back and the burgers were very tasty. The outdoor air conditioner was loud so I’d sit away from that if you can. Otherwise it was a great experience, I just think we had a bad server.

Burgers are delicious! One of the best in Knoxville and the price is really fair! The place is really lovely and hosts are really nice.
My only problem with the food is the fries which are extra crispy!

They have changed the name to “The Burger”. We had driven by this place 4 or 5 times and thought nothing of it. Today the wife was craving a good burger so we shot for this place. Let me tell you to, Treat Yourself and come here. The fried pickles are the best I’ve had across this country. Dill, crisp, flavorful batter and homemade ranch!! Now for the burgers. Wifey had the Knox and I had the Tex. Best burgers we have had in a long time. I dunno why everyone loves 5guys. Soggy nastiness. This place is a gem of a find. We will definitely be back. Come get the best burgers and pickles in town!!

Hands down, the best burger I’ve had in my life.
I got the blue cheese burger, blue rare. It was seasoned to perfection and accompanied by a massive portion of perfectly cooked shoestring fries. Paired with a cold Voodoo Ranger IPA, it’s like America itself was on my tongue. (This all after a giant portion of crispy, juicy fried pickles)
We sat outside and listened to the live music (really the only questionable part of the experience as each song was uniquely butchered), and the kids played cornhole.
Finished off with a shared homemade banana pudding that in itself would be worth driving 11 hours back for. We left full, happy, and with lunch for the following day. Next time I’m in Knoxville, I will be back!
Edit: I nearly forgot to talk about the best part! The service! Our server was divine. Perfect southern hospitality, even though she was from Maryland and not Tennessee!

We just ate here for the first time and wow! The place doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s really cool inside! Rustic garage like looks can be decieving….but dont be fooled this place is great! First the fried pickles were BAM!! Slamming good! The breading was so good and seasoned well and the dipping sauce that came with them were spot on. The burgers were big and juicy and meaty! Fries were delicious also! Now for the big finish the banana pudding was 100% killer! We all shared a service v because we were stuffed but couldn’t resist! The owner came over and talked to us and told us the story about the pudding and it was a heartfelt story and just added to the experience. This place is legit!

After our second visit now, I have to edit my review: this place is my new, favorite local restaurant! The servers are the friendliest around: so attentive and helpful. And the food, well the BBQ ribs are the best on the planet: come early on the weekend, cause they usually run out. Smoked right there in the parking lot, the flavor will guide you in. The burgers are awesome, and the hand battered onion rings are to die for! Yes, you probably need Google to find this rather out of the way place the first time, and the parking is a bit challenging (spots are few), but oh so worth the wait!

The food is fresh and delicious! Moderately priced as well. They have a good selection of beer, but not a full bar. We have never had a bad server.

Burgers were great, but a little on the pricey side. Way more fries than a normal person can eat. The fried pickles were amazing.
