Worst McDonald’s meal ever. Attaching pictures. Meal 2a. Ketchup only on quarter pounder with cheese. Large diet coke with EXTRA ICE. Barely any ice in a very flat diet coke. No cheese on burger. And the smallest order of large fries ever.

Waited in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes. FOR A COFFEE. Ordered at 1:10pm and got the coffee at 1:41pm. I had to wait the full 30 minutes because I had cars behind and ahead of me. Ridiculous. There goes my lunch break and then some. Used to come here because they were cheap and quick. They aren’t even cheap anymore and DEFINITELY not quick. Smh.

They are fast and professional. You get a smile and decent attitude. This McDonald’s should be rated top of the chain. I used to work there and they truly have come very far! Awesome service. Store was clean. Restroom clean. No overflow of trash. Felt great to come to get our meal.

Ordered drinks through drive through. Order taker was awesome and had a perfect. Upbeat greeting voice. It was almost too good for previous McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. Pulled up to window and here is a smiling, uniformed. Well groomed young lady with an equally pleasant personality. Pulled to next window to receive drinks and there was another well groomed, professional, young lady handing me my drink with a smile on her face. But wait, here is the good part…… both girls said: PLEASE AND THANKYOU!!! My mind was bliwn!! Nice job ladies. Way to raise the bar in Watertown!!
