Customer service was on point, courteous and friendly.
Cute and comfy lil spot w/ very little wait time.
The burger was so Ono (delicious) “Broke da mouth” good! So flavorful and juicy. Presentation was picture perfect.
And ohhh the onion rings were the best I’ve had anywhere! Large crispy and fresh.

Burger palace is a great burger restaurant that offers wagyu burgers patties. Although it is on the pricy side $14~20 I had the best burger hands down. It is often missed because of the location at the end of the center. Althouh i cannot speak on the negative experiences that other reviewers had, there was no wait whenever I go and the store manger is very accommodating. The staff shows a lot of care to service first approach.

Hands down, the best burger in town. Doug and the team at Burger Palace have truly nailed it. The Wagyu beef burger is so good that it regularly has me driving over 30 minutes just to satisfy the craving. Consistently delicious, perfectly cooked, and absolutely worth the trip.

Pretty sure it’s the owner, they are extremely rude. I parked across from his business, I had gone up a one-way street and could not reverse so I made a right hand turn into the lot where his business is located. I wanted to drop my mom off at her appointment in salon suites, it was easier to walk across than to drive down to sage to westheimer and make big loop. Once again I was not parked in front of his business. As we got out of the car he approached me with his two massive UNLEASHED dogs saying I couldn’t park there. I started to ask “where can I park” but before I could even finish my sentence he started yelling “ I don’t care. I don’t care if you get towed, they tow quick.” He turned around, shook his head and headed into the burger Palace . If you’re going to “help” someone, at least be kind enough to listen to them speak, cause then why come over in the first place? This happened at 8:30 AM on a Friday morning. You would think that someone would have a better attitude seeing that it was Friday. I now understand why this lot is always empty. Pictures included of where I parked (no don’t park here signs around at all) and where he walked into. And yes I got into my car and we left, with that attitude, who knows what that man would have done to my car.

I absolutely loved this place the first time I ate here. My visit on February 7th was honestly a religious burger experience . The food was amazing, the truffle fries were perfect, and Steff was incredibly attentive. Everything was on point — that first visit had me hooked!
But today, February 21st, was a completely different experience. The service and food were both below satisfactory. The truffle fries didn’t taste like truffle fries at all — they were more like regular fries with barely any flavor. It was really disappointing compared to my first visit.
The inconsistency is what hurts the most. If Steff and the chef from February 7th are working, I’d absolutely come back. But today’s experience honestly has me questioning whether I will.
I really hope this was just an off day, because I know how great this place can be.

I really like the taste of the burgers here, definitely on the gourmet side. They also put the meat by itself when packing “to go” orders, makes everything taste fresh, the medium temp was not cooked super medium. But was still delicious. Fries were hearty, split the order with 2.

One of the best burgers I ever had!! I ordered the Mexico City burger-so juicy and the flavor—— phenomenal!!! The onion rings where crispy … so good!! I live 2 hours and my family and I are planning a trip so they can try it as well!! Definitely recommend!
