Disappointed with order! Burgers not fully cooked, no sauce or mushrooms on a mushroom burger?? No cheddar cheese or bacon on the 2nd burger! The burgers didn’t taste all that good either. No garlic parmesan on the fries! You guys really need to take a look at orders before sending them out!

Horrible experience AGAIN! I hadn’t been back to this location in a long time because service and food was terrible(except for the wings). We were seated at a booth first, then moved to the bar because of slow service and a few flies (yes insects) dining with us. The bar was even worse! Flies and gnats. Disgusting!!! To add insult to injury the establishment has the audacity to put 20%, 25% or 30% gratuity on the bill. 30%!!! Are you kidding me for below average food and service. I will NEVER return to this place and definitely would never recommend this place to any friends, family or strangers!

The Manager Julie (Reynoldsburg) and our server Keigan were amazing this evening. We had a party of 12 with little ones the server and manager didn’t miss a beat. The service was great, our food was hot and it all came out together. All of the orders were correct and we all left happy.

Food was very good I will definitely go back when we come back to visit, server was okay but you for got about our drinks my son food was cold from sitting in window to long didn’t give us napkins or straws. I had to eat my food with no water. She was nice and pleasant but just for got about us I believe do to setting, me and my family was in the cut from the rest of the restaurant

That special XTC sauce recommended and paid extra for? None.
All picked, onion, and tomato stacked so you eat all of it on one bite and none of the rest of the burger? Check.
And the veggie burger is good, but nowhere NEAR worth what they charge for it.

Very displeased with the service. Ordered through Uber, so expected the food to be lukewarm. Upset that I ordered the classic cheeseburger and the restaurant did not put cheese on it. How do you mess up your CLASSIC??? I ordered a sweet tea and received unsweetened tea. I also paid .50 for a side of chipotle mayo and they did not give that to me either. The kitchen staff really dropped the ball.

#1 placed an order online 2 hours ahead of pick up time. Still 20 minutes waiting for my food past pickup time. #2 food was cold. #3 burger was a 3 on a scale of 1-10. Got the twofor Tuesday. 2 burgers for ,$7. If I paid $7 for 1 of these burgers it would be the biggest ripoff of all time instead of just a horrible “burger experience “. Save your money and don’t go

Do you remember when you were in elementary school and it was hamburger day, that’s what these burgers taste like. A bland frozen Patty dressed up on a brioche bun. Also if you see that the fries are crinkle cut beware they are absolutely not. Do not waste your money, Wendy’s has a better burger and that’s saying a lot.
